Was very ill on arrival and our coach got us in 5 hours early (got to the hostel at 9am) couldn’t check in as too early but when the staff found out I was ill they found me a bed to sleep on until check in- very helpful and kind

What I love about this hotel is the location. I went to a fan meeting at Thunder Dome, and it was very convenient to walk from the hotel to the venue. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the staff were friendly and nice. I highly recommend this hotel, especially to those attending concerts or fan meetings at Impact Arena.

The hotel was extremely hard to find even though I was within 20 metres. The rooms just sit quietly above a dim sum restaurant. Very little signage on the street and no direct direction on booking.com
Friendly staff once discovered though. Even my taxi driver couldn't get directions from a shop close by. Needs clarification on web site of location above Dim sum restaurant.
