We loved everything about this amazing hotel beautifully decorated in very stylish Thai decor surrounded by beautiful garden, water features, pools and wild life. The breakfast was always extra good, we specially liked small desserts in banana leaves, selection of thai and other dishes, very attentive staff and impeccable service in general as we also had few dinners there too, always super delicious. I loved our terrace with direct access to pool, so nice. We also booked massages, some nice trip to Phi Phi islands and scooters which you need to explore environment and going to nice beaches. We truly appreciated calm serene feeling of being in this hotel, definitely jewel we will be visiting again.

This curved stretch of sand is what comes to mind when the word ‘beachcomber’ is mentioned.
Its just a laid-back, sleepy almost uninhabited beach that has an amazing amount of sea shells scattered along the shoreline; especially when the tides change.
It's only a few minutes walk if you are staying AT SEA condo.
But the reason why most people visit the beach in the late afternoon is to experience the always awesome sunsets.
From families to professional photographers with tripods and scene setups, this is where many of those iconic pictures of thailand beach culture originate from.
The name klong muang translated means “purple canal” but I cant see any evidence here :)

Good places to sleep and eat If you are looking for - the are a lot of attractions / day trips / boat trips. Very calm and different atmosphere from Ao Nang - so we liked it better. One main steer with restaurants, massages, travel agencies, etc. Less touristic and crowded than Ao Nang

Lots of places to eat and drink - we particularly enjoyed the Mexican next to the Varana hotel.

A great quiet location with plenty to see and do and good access to tours to the many islands. There was plenty of good Thai restaurants on the beach, however, The Rimlay Restaurant was by far the best food with great service and great sun sets as well.

Beautiful little gem of a beach. The water was super clear and although it is rocky when the tide goes out when it comes in you can swim no problem and the water is divine. We swam everyday and had plenty of shade to sit and read. We left our stuff to go in the water and felt super safe. There were a handful of people walking past and some Thai families using it also. You felt like you had space and could enjoy the nature around you. Really beautiful view with a small island in the distance and the limestone cliffs and islands on the horizon. The sunsets are really wonderful and there were perfect massage shacks looking onto the water and friendy little street food restaurants selling cheap local foods and shakes opposite our hotel. Would certainly recommend this if you want a peaceful stay away from crowds. Great for individuals, couples and families. Felt really safe there.

Beautiful beach! Turquoise water and soft sand perfect for our relaxing stay just wish it was longer. We saw loads of crabs on the beach very tiny but cool. Places for food and massages along the beach too

This apartment is incredibly spacious and had everything that we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The cleaning service each day was exceptional with great attention to detail.
We loved the area - it was close enough to attractions, with enough restaurants nearby - whilst not being as busy and touristy as Ao Nang.
The host went out of her way to help us organise taxis and ensure our stay was comfortable. She also would have organised tours for us if we wanted. Would definitely recommend
So much to like about this little hotel. The location is amazing, right on the beach, great for chilling, walking or swimming. This is a fairly quiet resort but lots of great restaurants are a stones throw away, 7-11 great over the road, boat trips on the doorstep. Loved breakfast - cooked eggs, toast, cereals, fruit, pastries, mango sticky rice. What the hotel lacks in modern facilities, it has in heart for the lovely family who run the hotel. Would definitely return.
The hotel is located in a quiet area, in the Krabi region. It is about 15min drive from Ao Nang but some activities depart from the local pier. It is a family run hotel, staff are friendly, the pool is a great bonus & breakfasts are included. We had 8 nights there as a family reunion amd all appreciated it. Excursions can be booked on-site as well as scooters. The local town is 5 minutes away on a scooter and there is no traffic due to the road being a cul-de-sac.

The pool is truly exceptional, ranking among the best I have ever experienced. The hotel's expansive size creates a sense of privacy, allowing guests to enjoy their stay without feeling crowded by others. Being at Dusit Thani Krabi is an absolute delight, and we thoroughly enjoyed our remarkable experience.l
We liked almost everything in the hotel except several things.
We liked:
1) the territory. It’s vast and full of wildlife that is interesting to explore. There’re 2 infinity pools with bars and sun beds on the beach
2) the staff is friendly and ready to help especially with annoying neighbors
3) the hotel is next to cafes, restaurants and massage salons which are twice cheaper than hotel facilities
Big room, great staff who are accommodating, kids play area. We booked a room that said it had 2 kings but it had a king and a queen. They brought us a third mattress. The room was cleaned daily and bottled water was provided. Their is a 711 across the street. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the beach if you cut through Dusit Thani resort. Overall comfortable stay and great value
I liked Pelican Krabi because it’s beautiful property very spacious comfortable for stay with big group of friends and family. Comfortable furniture throughout all property. Very clean and well looked after. Beautiful beach is in front of property and one of the best beach in Krabi is only 5 minutes easy walk away.

Dam is an exceptional host. He is always there if you need anything. The bed was extremely comfortable and the toilet/shower was clean. I had 2 private muay Thai classes during my stay which were an absolute highlight. Would recommend to anyone in Krabi who wants to train Muay Thai ☺️
Hotel is in a great situation, there is a 7/11, restaurants and taxi services on the street. Overall aesthetic of the hotel is great and the room was spacious, clean, air conditioned and also had both en suite and a balcony. Staff were fantastic: friendly and welcoming.
The hotel must have more than 2 starts. It’s a very clean place, the location is perfect as it’s on the first line, with beach view. The staff is friendly. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. We didn’t miss anything in Bliss Resort. Krabi is more than beautiful.
Great location if you want to relax. There is a few restaurants in a short walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful. The resort was clean and well maintained. The pool was a big plus for me and the short walk to the beach was a huge plus.
The upstairs Seaview rooms with balcony are excellent value. what I also liked was there are a couple of fantastic beachfront restaurants 20 or 30 metres back up the road.

The hostess is very friendly and helpful. She helped me find trips and drivers. I appreciated the clean and big rooms. I also liked the east access to the beach. I also had access to lots of restaurants nearby. It was convenient.
All facilities from the lobby, restaurants, bars, pool area, gym are amazing. Most of all the staff cannot do enough to help you, always met with the smiles and always checking to see what else they can do for you

The beach is very mediocre with garbage out to the right of the hotel. Pool was adequate & breakfast was the highlight (very good food in general with great views).
