Fridge in room big enough for locally purchased water/beer at supermarkets around the corner. Sunset on beach and beach sand making a strange noise when walking on it is a must to see. Night market on Tuesday a short ride away also a nice experience. Restaurant is great and in line with other restaurants in the area. Reception helpfull in organizing transport, just let them know at least 8 hours in advance.

Nice room, all clean. I was forced change my original room After my arrival, because there was a very bad smell from the waste water pipes. The guy at the reception ( having a night shift ) couldn't help me ( maybe there was no avaible room ), but in the morning i get new room and free upgrade as apologize. Well done 😉. Very nice sunset view from the top roof swimming pool. Nice breakfast - a lot of choices what to eat. 7/11 across the street is a big plus.

Great location over the road from Karon beach. Near good restaurants and markets. Bus stop nearby, can travel to the airport which goes via Patong and Phuket.
Staff were lovely, friendly and polite. Breakfast was great, an egg station, cooked how you want them including omelettes made individually. Cereals, toast, pastries, fresh fruit, hot items including noodles and sausages. Coffee and teas, milk and juices.
The pool was lovely and clean and there was a second pool near our room. Neither were busy and there were enough sunbeds.
Our room was very spacious and clean, it had a huge bed, a bath and separate shower, a safe, fridge and drinks in the fridge which were only a couple of bhats to purchase. There was a kettle. Tea, coffee and coffee mate sachets. 2 complimentary waters were provided daily. We had a great view from our balcony.
The spa was closed as far as we could see for the duration of our holiday and the restaurant was a little quiet other than breakfast time.

Lovely long sandy beach. Doesn’t get too busy as it’s so long. Waves were fun to play in but too strong for non swimmers. Jelly fish were about as it was the season for them. Tourists left rubbish on the beach that went into the sea with the big waves. Some of the sea sports were too close to swimmers and no beach showers. Great to see the sunset.

Beautiful beach with clear water and soft sand. Lots of shade options along the sand, and surrounded by many incredible shops and restaurants. Quieter alternative to Patong beach, and within a short taxi ride if you still want to experience patong without being right in the overwhelming action. It was our first time in Phuket and we were initially unsure whether to book accommodation in patong, Karon or Kata beaches, but we were so satisfied with Karon.
Along Karon beach, great icecream at Garang Artisan, and great food at sweet chilli restaurant. Heard great things about sabaijai too!! We were also advised to avoid walking around between 11-2 in late april as this is the hottest time.
Lots of tour options for phi phi islands from karong, and only a short trip from other major attractions like the big Buddha, ethical elephant sanctuaries and old Phuket town.

Stay close to the beach and you'll be surrounded by restaurant options, bars etc. Don't stay at the secret cliff...

But there is no shower with fresh water, there is nowhere to even wash your feet from the sand. And there are also no places to change clothes.

Karon Beach was large, open, and lovely for swimming and lounging. There was not a boardwalk area, but a nearby main road hosted countless restaurants. It was more low-key than other areas and we preferred Karon Beach to Kata.

Beware I saw a green snake but it didnt beat me it run away from me. It is a small one with slender body. It was around the area where the trees are planted.
This amazing hotel is great for a relaxed stay. It is just up the hill from Karon Beach. Before our stay, we asked for a mattress topper which was on the bed when we arrived. The room and bathroom is spacious and comfortable. There are multiple pools which are all lovely. The staff were great in helping us with airport transfers, taxis and day trips. The breakfast buffet had everything you can think of. There is a free shuttle to the beach a couple of times a day but the walk down the hill to the beach/town is easy.
The 2 bedroom seaview apartment was amazing! It was clean and all amenities worked well. I want to say Thank You 🙏 to a sweet lady Supervisor by the name of Grong and the Manager Mr Duke for sorting out some issues for us. Because of you our stay was well above comfortable. I have to also mention their
Security guards were awesome too they would salute us every time we walked by. We feel safe here.
My family have been to Phuket many times and this Apartment is the best so far. We will be back again😊

I am so happy that I discovered this place for my stay in Phuket! Paul is a phenomenal host and is so considerate of all the details that make for an amazing vacation. My rooms (I ended up returning for a second stay) were impeccably clean, and I really appreciated the array of amenities available (dishes, cutlery, towels, good coffee, and even some cookies!). This was one of the best places I stayed at during my trip to Thailand, and I will definitely be back!
Lovely hotel with a fantastic beachfront location. Views from the balcony were beautiful. Staff were friendly and very helpful. I was not happy with the first room I was allocated and they changed me to another room without any problems. Hotel within walking distance of both Karon and Kata and easy transport to Patong and Phuket. Breakfast was good with a good choice and service. The swimming pool and beach bar were good but for us the sea was more enticing.
Just a lovely hotel right on the beach, really good swimming pool with nice views. The room we had was ground floor with direct access to the pool. The room was spotlessly clean, what made our holiday were the staff so friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. If ever you decide to stay in Karon give this hotel a serious look, will certainly be coming back. To the staff thank you for a wonderful holiday.
Very nice location, close to the beach side between Karon and Kata. The hotel has couple of swimming pools, so it's not overcrowded. During breakfast there are a lot of people and you have to wait a long queue. Also, the complex needs renovation, the floor in my room was really slippery. My room was close to the elevator and super noisy. Otherwise the staff is very helpful and friendly.

A great Hotel for a family holiday, my kids loved the Kids Club, the animal petting and the choice of swimming pools. The Ciao Restaurant, Sweet Talk Ice Cream Parlour and Coffee Talk Cafe in the Hotel grounds are fabulous as well. We will definitely stay again when we visit Phuket.
The connected deluxe double-bed rooms provided ample space for our family of 4 adults (wide, husband and grandparents) and 2 kids (6y and 1y). The stay was very comfortable, thanks to the warm hospitality extended by the staff. The hotel location right across Karon beach is a plus.
