We were traveling with our dog and booked an executive suite so my dog could enjoy a bit of extra space. The room was nice and beautiful, and the staff was very helpful. The owner, Ms. Yamada, speaks fluent Japanese, which is my mother tongue. Overall, it was a positive experience and stay.

This was an off the cuff spur of the moment trip. The booking process was simple and once arrived the room more than met expectations. The on site staff were always attentive and willing to make the stay memorable. The Blue Bell cafe on site serves wonderful dishes at a fair and reasonable price point.
