The convenience of location to the immigration office and visa agent office. Generally quiet and low key. Mostly very friendly and accommodating staff. I really liked one of the breakfast staff remembered my girlfriend from our previous visit when she was very sick. Checking in is very good and staff helped to change a twin room to a double at short notice. Check in staff offered to help carry my enormous suitcase up the stairs to the room since there is no lift available.
