The breakfast has quite a lot of savoury and sweet options, and it was very good and on time. The staff was consistently helpful and friendly! And the rooms were very clean, and despite their more old fashioned style, they were still comfortable.

Velenje is a small town, so the location of the hostel was pretty easy walk form everything important. The rooms were clean and the place is actually quite new. There is a spacious parking lot. They let me check in several hours before the standard check-in time. There were quite a few toilettes and showers and they worked fine. I enjoyed my stay - totally good value for money.

Harmony House Velenje is a very spacious house, equipped with everything one might need - from the kitchen to the living room and bedrooms, everything is there. There is a small patio in front of the house, but even more charming is the one behind it, we loved spending our time there. The lake is the main attraction and has everything you would want. There is a big bar/restaurant and food trucks as well. There is a huge inflatable play area that is free of charge (just a 5 euro deposit for a wristband that is returned when you return the wristband). The center of town is small but has everything you need. Many choices for restaurants and everywhere has free parking. A great local holiday place without too many international tourists. I love it! Selfishly, I want to keep it a secret but I cannot because the place is truly special and deserves to be known!
