Hotel room was a lovely size, very clean and cleaners very friendly. Balcony was a nice touch too.

The room was nice. However, I wouldn’t expect additional charges for bathrobe usage (6€ per bathrobe) - the room was already very expensive.

However, the only downside was the occasional lack of pancakes. Despite this minor issue, the overall experience was excellent.
