Well maintained, clean, and extremely well-located hotel, with an incredible attached spa terme, an outstanding breakfast buffet and eggs to order, and a good Istrian restuarant on the ground floor. Easy walking area to the entire Portoroz / Piran area. Excellent seaside beach area, incredibly good customer service at all levels -- from our arrival with the bellman and front desk, to the restaurant and terme / spa staff to the cleaning crew. Easy walk to and from Piran along the water - and Piran is just a charming town and the perfect place for sundown cocktails! All around INCREDIBLE hotel and Slovenian Istrian Adriatic experience!

Location was wonderful! Modern and clean and as stated before an amazing breakfast! Went out for a swim in the sea before breakfast and it was only about 30 steps from the front door.

We had a family suite, and enough beds for four of us. The room had a nice view from the balcony. I liked the foam pillows in the beds. Also, the breakfast was decent. We didn't use the pool since we only stayed for one night, but the pool looks nice. Very friendly people work at reception. Parking is convenient (right next to the hotel) and is Free.

Beautiful sea views from our room, recently renovated and in a great location. Plus, parking is included. We loved the location right on the water, and only a 15-minute walk to the old town center. Our room had a sea view, and we enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and taking in the view. Breakfast was very good as well. A very comfortable stay, would stay again!

Friendly staff, very good breakfast, average dinner. The rooms are very spacious. There are two separate pool complexes - one with sea water and the other with thermal salt water. The pools are big and the water temperature is warm (30 degrees C). There are many options for taking walks along the coast.

Hotel Oleander - Oleander Resort is located in the heart of Strunjan Nature Park. There are 2 beaches just steps away. Free WiFi is available, and parking is provided for an additional charge.

The hotel is close to the beach. The presence of the air conditioning was so very helpful as our room was facing the sunny side. As parents with kids in a stroller we really enjoyed the elevator from the parking. The breakfast was quite good as well.
