Fabulous location just a few minutes walk from Lake Bohinj, a bus stop, a handful of restaurants and a shop (Mercator). The rooms and hotel are spotlessly clean. The breakfast was exceptional - a great selection and high quality items, great coffee. The owners are friendly and helpful, gave me lots of information on the local area on arrival along with a map. They also kindly let me leave my bag for a couple of hours after check out. Great experience.

Basically, the room has everything you need. Maybe some wardrobe is missing for longer stays. The bathroom is spacious and clean. It's great that it's breakfast. That outweighs the price. The staff is very friendly.

This is a beautiful hotel right on the road that is the end of Stage 5/beginning of Stage 6 on the Juliana Trail. There are two hotels here: the Pokljuka Hotel (formerly the Sport Hotel) and the Jelka. We really enjoyed the Jelka - wish we could have stayed longer. Comfortable beds, hot showers and a nice dining room.
