Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. Extremely clean. The apartment is equipped with everything, very comfortable. The coffee was great. The host is very kind and helpful. We recommend it, even with a dog. 😉

The breakfast was really nice, you can find local specialites. The room and the whole area of the hotel was clear and nice. We had a room with sea view, the panorama is wonderful. The staff is very kind and helpful. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. 100% recommandation of Hotel Tomi.

Strunjan is a quiet small resort with a few places to eat and drink. It can get very busy in the summer. There are good walks nearby.
For those who want a lot of facilities, bars etc it is not a good choice.
Out of season is great for those who want peace and relative quiet.

The nice saltpans with a small museum in the middle, both sides of the bay, have hotels for budget guests or one that required a little higher standards. There are many marked paths to hike around or just plain walk. Strunjan bay is not a village but it lies between Izola and Piran. At the beginning of the bay, there is a bus station and mini market and at the end, there are many restaurants and a beach with some trees and grass to give shadow and a place to rest. In nice weather, you will really enjoy it.

Strunjan is one of my favorit sea shore in any season.
Strunjan is one of my favorit sea shore in any season. Picturesque, green and reach meditteranian vegetation, fish and mushels, local vines and olive oil. Town of Piran and Izola are just a walk far. Plenty of local Inn with good food.

Strunjan coast is good for relax and Strunjan cliffs give marvelous view to Piran, sea and slowenian-italian coast. During warm days you can relax at sea coast cca 200 metres from hotel.
Strunjan itself is not so much interesting but you can make trips by bus or by your own car to near Piran (very recommended!), Koper (nice historical center), Portorož, or to other places in Slowenia, Italy and Croatina.
Very beautiful apartments, which are located 5 minutes from the beach, the room has everything you need, clean, cozy, spacious, with a beautiful terrace with a wonderful view of the sea, there is a barbecue. The hostess, Elena, received us very friendly and hospitably, they provided us with additional children's bed, it is possible to visit the swimming pool on the territory of the Salinera hotel. If you are looking for peace and enjoyment of nature, then the apartments "Villa Yadranka" are for you.🙂
Very nice hotel with nice and helpful staff. Clean, rooms just big enough for two (I was traveling with my mother). We had twin beds. Beautiful view of the bay, salt pans and hills of Strunjan. Fine breakfast - they alternate fried and scrambled eggs and have sparkling wine. Lots of fruit and vegetables. Parking convenient at the hotel or in the garage. A few steps to the sea, you can alternate beaches. Piran 10 minutes by car. Great holiday!
Everything was good.. Room was great, there is a private parking, you have stairs from parking to reception but this is hotel on hill so you have to accept that. Breakfast was excellent, wifi good, room clean.There are indoor pools with hot salty water, but in spa centar 150 m from hotel, short walk, still it is very nice. Also on beach you can find excellent restaurant, great food.
Perfect location, beaches are just in front of the facility or some minutes away. Strunjan is peaceful and in the middle of nature, while the crowded hotspots of Piran, Portoroz and Isola are just nearby. Staff was helpful and friendly, breakfast was great and rooms and facility were really clean.

Beautiful accommodation on really nice place, clean room and bathroom. Parking was great too. Hotel is just 10 min walk to the beach. Just breakfast was ordinary and not so good. But we would love to come back!
The location of the hotel is great, you are near Piran and Portoroz, but in a quiet area, so you can get the city vibes quickly if you like but relax during your holidays. The food was really nice!
We found the park between hotel and beach very calm and relaxing. There is also bar at the beach where food and drink is served. The beach has Blue Flag award. We will have holidays there again.
We liked the room decor, the size of the apartment and the possibility to use hotel's pool. We also liked the location we chose - Strunjan. We loved the bathroom and firmness of the bed.
