it felt like a prison, we arrived at 7pm to be told the bar/area by their advertised fire were being picked up for the night and hotel staff were off site I don’t have anything to compliment.

Rooms and hotel are very cute. Self check in procedure extremely easy and supported by an always available staff. Loved the breakfast! Parking inside the closed property has easy access from the city. Position is perfect if you are looking to be in the town center. Thermal then are not very far anyway.
