Staff are exceptionally hospitable, friendly, professional and welcoming. The dinner experience was excellent, the best food during our one week tour in Slovenia.

Everything. The location, the food, the facilities and all the love and care with which the family runs the farm. Would love to come back to this place and would recommend anyone to stay here or to just even go for dinner. The food is amazing and mostly with ingredients grown in the farm or from the region.

We booked the apartment for a two week vacation and we were very positive about our stay. Firstly, the apartment was really clean (cleaner then some hotels we have stayed in). Furthermore, the host Branka was very friendly and helpful. During our stay she offered to clean in the middle of the two weeks, when we had to go to the doctor she helped us well and every day there were new towels and toilet paper. The apartment is bigger then the pictures suggest, everything was working properly (including a hot shower) and the apparment felt authentic and traditional. There was a washing machine and a little balcony as well! The apartment is located directly on a water stream. There is a little garden with kitchen were guest can make use of. Spodnija Idrija is a small idyllic town with a small supermarket on the corner. Around the apartment there is plenty of parking space. For bigger grocery's you have to go Idrija (10 minutes away). The surroundings of Idrija are very beautiful. The big mountains, the Slovenian Rivera and capital Lubjanja are 1,5 hours away.

Accommodation in a picturesque mountain village at very reasonable prices. Mr. Luka is very nice and helpful. An additional advantage is the ability to buy fresh milk and delicious cheeses from the owner. A great base for trips to the Adriatic Sea, the Julian Alps, the Triglav National Park and beautiful Ljubljana.

We liked the farm. The owner and his family were very welcoming. They even offered us some cheese made on the farm! The village was very peaceful and lovely with a beautiful little church with real bells. We had a good hike near the village. The place was also close to a great swimming hole on the river.

Nice place, very friendly host, good restourant, onsite parking, many hiking routes around. They were very friendly with our cat. It is not bad, just a remark, as we were there at the very hot days, would be good to have a fan or AC in the rooms.
