Oldish and goldish. It's a family hotel, and the woman owner is extremely hospitable. The equipment is from the previous century, but all is well maintained, and clean, the room is spacious, with a balcony and 3 windows. Even with the balcony on the main road, there is no noise from the road.
Breakfast is sufficient with local stuff, eggs from your wish, and other local delights.

A friendly and peaceful town with excellent water facilities including SPA with thermal water and modern swimming pools with giant slides. A lot of greenery, nice wooden architecture, places to go for a relaxing walk. Accessible easily by a motorway. There are summer events: concerts and stalls with local products.

Popular town for SPA and swimming pool fans. Affordable golf with 18 holes and probably the kindest people in Slovenia. The town is well maintained and safe for tourists, perhaps lack of other activities and evening events. Check neighbourhood wine cellars and farm stay places for great food and wine.

Grate location because in the morning you can do bike tours from 8 to 30 km. There are more than 10 different bike routs for profesionals and families, than you can swim in Moravske toplice. In meantime and in the evening there are plenty of great local restaurants (Puhanj, etc). Do not forget to visit B. lake, famous Plecnik church in Bogojevo etc

Lovely apartment and very spacious. There were 3 of us and there was plenty of space. Very close to terme Vivat which was the best part. Vivat hotel was the nicest one in Moravske toplice, very elegant and great place to have coffee or drinks in the evening. Apartment had free parking. Wifi was good. Was very warm, (even though not all radiators worked). And the host was very responsive and helpful when we had some issues at the beginning. Kitchen was very well equipped which was great because we cooked a lot.
We traveled as a family of four and found this apartment ideal for our needs. The kitchen is well-equipped, although it's important to note that staples like salt and oil are not provided, so you may want to bring your own. The apartment is centrally located in Moravske Toplice, within walking distance to both local baths—Terme 3000 and Terme Vivat. You can purchase discounted tickets for Terme 3000 at the reception desk, even before checking into your room. Overall, we highly recommend staying here.

Organised hotel with lot of water activities, spas and variety of body treatments. If you are looking for a complete spa, hotel Vivat is a great place.
One of the highlights is certainly the breakfast. Almost everything you can think of is served.
No complains worth to be written here, , I am really satisfied with my weekend at Vivat.
What an absolutely lovely experience! The host Polona was so kind and helpful, the location is ideal, right by the main spas of Moravske Toplice. I've been to this town a number of times and this is by far the best place I've stayed. I highly recommend visiting Moravske Toplice and if you do, you must stay here because this apartment fits so perfectly with the charm and relaxing atmosphere of the town.
We stayed at the bungalows and loved the spacious layout there, with a nice playground for our kids right next to us. Not far to walk to the hotel or the therme etc.
The therme entrance being included was certainly the highlight and we spent every day a few hours there. another bonus was the kids entertainment there. pir little ones were happy playing with others, painting, building blocks etc.
Staff is very friendly from the receptionists to the room cleaners and waiters. The food selection for dinner is quite diverse but breakfast food is the same everyday. The pools are very close to the hotel with easy access. They even let us use the pools before check in and after check out. Live entertainment on Tuesday and Friday, great music!
Hotel Vivat offers comfortable, clean and spacious hotel rooms with daily access to their wonderful spa facilities. Pool access is complementary. They also offer covered parking for their hotel guests. The reception staff is extremely nice and professional.
Everything was great, we stayed only 1 night but we were pleasantly surprised . We had never been in Slovenia before. Room was nice, clean, big, beds comfy. Breakfast very nice, good food and fresh, staff very friendly and kind . Excellent stay !
The room looked a bit different than on the photos, each got only one bath towel (usually there are two, a big and a small), there were not many vegetarian options for dinner. I was overall disappointed for a 4* hotel.
We loved everything about this acomodation. the hosts are WONDERFUL and super helpful. The location is a close walk to the Termal spas and its a short rive to murska Sobota
