Hotel Bio is located around 10-15 minutes walking from train/bus station in Koper. Restaurant and breakfast was nice, served as buffet with several options. Room was as described in the pictures.

Hotel is part of several hotels located in Portorož and part of LifeClass. All hotels and facilities are well connected with hot tunnels. As guests of hotel Neptun we had access to two pool and spa areas in hotels Portorož and Slovenija but all guests have access to it without difference. Both pool and spa facilities are well kept, clean, with several pools with various facilities, rescue always present on pool. Staff in hotel is very nice, polite, helpful but not being annoying or bothersome. Someone might argue that selection of the dinner food could be better but actually it is quite enough to have more than decent meal. Each day fish and meat with several side dishes, pasta, soups, etc. We would recommend the hotel and for sure consider visiting again.

A huge shout-out to the hotel management, Jernej and Ziga. They bent over backwards to assist us when our flight to Trieste from Florence was delayed (3x), then ItaliaAirlines lost one of our bags. We arrived at 2:00 and they were communicative and completely helpful every step of the way. Loved the art and sculptures throughout. Very sleek and modern. Loved it.

Breakfast was ok, nothing special, the coffee was the worst I've ever tasted, the rooms were beyond expectation, brand new furnitures and really clean. Friendly and helpful staff, we even got a dinner restaurant recommendation from them. Private free gate secured parking place.Absolutely recommended, we'll visit again.
