Hotel room was a lovely size, very clean and cleaners very friendly. Balcony was a nice touch too. Breakfast was always great, nice selection, particularly loved the fresh omelettes. Reception staff friendly and main areas clean. We've stayed before and will stay again, the spa treatments are brilliant. Particularly the Thai ones.

The room was nice. However, I wouldn’t expect additional charges for bathrobe usage (6€ per bathrobe) - the room was already very expensive. The waiter in the bar was very kind. The breakfast was very good.

However, the only downside was the occasional lack of pancakes. Despite this minor issue, the overall experience was excellent. We had a room with balcony and sea view which was amazing. Was on the 3rd floor and no lift but staff helped bring the bags up. View and balcony made up for it. A very nice coastal walk into Piran. Free parking was a plus ,Expansive breakfast
