Ähus is close to Kristianstad so it makes sense to spend some time there as well and checkout the laidback city. Åhus is a sleepy little town and its worth visiting the Absolut vodka museam and factory.
Everything was so nice and comfortable, near to the centrum of the town, the beach and other beautiful places nearby.

Brand new hotel, only been open for a month when we visited and work still going on at the rear of the property, mainly landscaping etc. V friendly staff. Right on the beach, stylish, Scandi look. Breakfast v nice, served in restaurant by beach.
Late check-in was handled without problem. Hotel is located conveniently along the bike trail Sydostleden. Thai-restaurant van available on the parking lot, which served nice food. Friendly staff. Room held good standard.
This B&B was like a hidden green oasis just outside Åhus. The room was very cosy and cute, but also clean and spacious. The breakfast was delicious and very relaxed, as we sat out in the garden looking at the birds.
