The property is located in a beautiful setting and has a stunning view of the sunset. The staff are incredibly polite and welcoming and tend to all your needs without a fuss and very quickly. The decor is outdated in the rooms but we can see pat this and see the charm of this beautiful little hotel. We ate at the hotel restaurant each night and the food was exceptional! Best we’ve had in all the 11 days we stayed in the Seychelles. This is a must stay in Praslin!

Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, hairdryer and tea/coffee facilities are provided. beach towels available for free from reception. They also provided insect repellent spray, which was helpful. It would be great if they provided a bit more of a variety in the breakfast offering so you are not restricted to eating similar things every morning. Remember your sunblock and hat, you will need it. Pools are amazing. There are tennis courts, so bring your racquets and balls if you wish to make use of it. Not sure if you could rent this at reception

Quiet place. There are several shops, excellent restaurants.
Quiet place. There are several shops, excellent restaurants. The coastline is good for walking but not swimming. Near the local airport, but that doesn't bother living here. Lots of places to watch the sunset.

Wonderful beach, white sand, warm (hot?) water. Very friendly atmosphere.
Some small shops in walking distance, not too many restaurants at the area.
Grand'Anse's village with more shops and restaurants at about 2 km away - and that can be a long walk considering the temperature... There are buses about 3 times an hour.

I decided to go to Praslin because of the fishing trip I ordered there. The result exceeded my expectations! You can see my photos.
However, you must be prepared for poor service. Anything and everywhere for an additional fee, but with a smile. )

Had a absolutely brilliant time at this hotel.
Had a absolutely brilliant time at this hotel. The service is absolutely impeccable, the food is spectacular and the beaches are gorgeous. Flawless food, drinks, desserts with high variation and themed dinners. But what is unique about this hotel and the whole chain of Constance Hotels is the approach and homely atmosphere. You feel the difference against the famous brands almost immediately and it is a pleasant finding.
The second thing you expect in a hotel of this type is the staff. I had a lot of situations, when the difference in the experience was only on the staff and I do not want to forget about anyone, but whether it was a group taking care of breakfast and dinner - Marcus, Jodi, Camilla, Davis, Arvind, Jamie, Titon, or a beach group taking care about visitors like Jose, everyone did everything to make the guest feel as good as possible. I must have forgotten someone, but thanks to everyone who does everything to make your stay unforgettable.
The third trump card is the environment and the surrounding nature. The surroundings are breathtaking, whether you are a golfer or not, golf courses will be the subject of many photos. Anse Georgette is perhaps the most beautiful beach on Praslin, and certainly one of the best in the Seychelles thanks to its incredible mixture of pristine white sand, bright turquoise ocean surface and tropical palm trees which is accessible through this hotel. With Anze Lazio is one of the best beaches in the world. Be sure not to miss them.
I would not like to forget either about the possibility of exchanging a few words with the general manager over the glass, which is another example of doing things a little differently and I would like to thank you for the opportunity to see behind the curtain.
It was very good and it was too short in the end. That's why I believe we'll see each other again at some point.

This place is georgous with private beaches right in the the resort. They have nice restaurant and food store is very close.
Host and personnel were very helpful, they gave us a welcome drink and good tips and also arranged access thru other hotel to most beautiful beach on the island - Anse Georgette. They also grilled for us fresh fish we bought on the market :) Road to the Anse Georgette beach took us about 20-25 minutes by walk and with baby trolley, and it was experience since it goes thru beautiful nature of golf resort.
Exceptional location , straight on the beach. We had Apartment No.3 which is meant to be the best one in terms of view (go for it and pay extra). Extraordinary sunsets and sunrise from the location. The host was kind and helpful. We even received a gift card on Christmas day. The apartment was clean and tidy, roomy enough for a family. Bathroom is similar with what you get at 4* hotels. Parking super easy, it’s the flat area on the island. Location is good as well, close to everything. Good restaurants and nice beaches close.
Overall, my stay at this hotel was an absolute delight. The exceptional staff, warm welcoming, perfect location, near to groceries and welcoming environment combined to create an unforgettable experience. It’s having modern amenities and a tropical charm that made me instantly feel at home. The villa was meticulously maintained, and the housekeeping staff went above and beyond to ensure it stayed immaculate throughout my vacation.
Ganga and her husband were amazing hosts and very helpful and caring. They explained me all about the place, helped with transportation choices and even organised driver to the ferry port on my last day. Tide was high so I couldn’t use the beautiful small beach on the back side of the house, literally 20 steps away. Place is humble but very clean and gave me a feeling of home.
The price is reasonable too.
It’s perfect hotel,with nice and clean swimming pool and barbecue zone. Everything in the room was new and working. The owner Mr Antonio one of the best and interesting person I have met in my travels! He was absolutely helpful and his crew member help me made amazing barbecue! I will for sure recommend Stone Self Catering for everyone who want to spend perfect vacation on Praslin 🤟👌☀️
The property has 4 apartments in 2 buildings. The owners are living in one of them. The apartment we stayed in was very clean and very spacious. The owner is super kind and taking a good care of the guests. The location is not in the most touristic side of the island therefore it is quite. Grocery stores are just around and also beautiful beaches are in walking distance.
Bungalow itself as attractive as the pictures. The beach area not much of an area to swim (sea weed and not an ideal stretch of Grand Anse, can be windy). If you want a bungalow-wooden experience, and having a chill day, it’s great for a night. There are also paddle boards and kayaks to use, if winds cooperate.
The property is spacious and as a family with teens, we could all be together in one spot (as opposed to hotel rooms). The beach was a short walk across the lawn and we pretty much had it all to ourselves. The staff was super kind and helpful-- even helping us with finding a car rental at the last minute.
This hotel is great,
Very nice bungalow-like rooms with terrace. Lots of space and privacy.
In general Britannia is calm, clean, good service and has very nice food.
The restaurant is worth a visit even if you’re not staying at the hotel with a great selection of local creole dishes on the menu.
- big and comfortable room, very peaceful and relaxing hotel (10 rooms only)
- honeymoon gift (bottle of champagne and fruit platter)
- free transfer from/to the jetty, as well as to the beach (we stayed at Dhevatara during monsoon season, therefore there was a lot of seaweeds on the hotel beach)
Depending on the location of the room, this hotel has a wonderful view. Breakfast is, like most hotels in the world, mediocrely international but everyone can find something. The team is very friendly and helpful. You will feel very good about yourself in this hotel.
Very well maintained property;
Beach access with sunset views;
Great customer service from the hosts (Miette & Patrick);
Restaurant within the property & access to supermarket;
5 minutes drive to Anse Georgette (one of the most gorgeous beaches in Praslin)
One of the most friendly, welcoming attitudes which we received in the Seychelles.
The breakfast is served outside with a beautiful, breathtaking view.
The hotel is little bit outdated, but very clean and colonial looking and charming
Beautifully designed hotel directly located at the beach and granite stone coast
comfortable big rooms with nice balcony
Tropical garden
Great swimming pools
Excellent food, lovely buffets

Good breakfast and dinner. 8 minutes walk from Lemuria hotel and then Anse Georgette. Nice small beaches in the vicinity. Good stay. Nice service and staff. Good location for plane spotters.
Wonderful beach, excellent food, great facilities including pool, pool bar, diving, golf, yoga, bicycles, towels, buggy, etc. Staff is very friendly and adopts to all the needs quickly.
Staff (really going for the extra mile), luxurious accommodation and the decoration of the hotel. Also the nature walk was really a plus, the guide was superb
