It was our 10th year wedding anniversary and as a special surprise, the customer experience manager Neige upgraded us by moving us to one of the beach villas, this was truly special. All the restaurants on the property were great and the food was 10/10

The hosts were really lovely and the location and views from our apartment were exceptional. I would recommend this to people looking for a well located great budget friendly place! The beach was also in a walkable distance from the apartment. Just FYI the returning journey can be a little more challenging due to the steep climb and also the kitchen was common with other guests.

I rented a 1 bedroom appartament however it is a studio, not 1bed. For me it made no difference. The space was big enough. Great bed, very comfortable mattrase. Big bathroom with a washing machine, no hair dryer. Kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook but tiny electric hob, just for one pot. Good AC, resonable wifi.
Excellent location, 5 minute walk to the beach, just one minute away from grocery stores, pharmacy, take away place, bus stop.
Excellent price for the quality and location. I would come back.

We originally booked a room with a view of the pool but did not get this. However part way through Abdulla at reception (who was excellent) gave us a free upgrade to a better room.
Hotel was mostly very good and in line with the 5 star rating, although the treatments at the Spa were quite expensive.
Lots of restaurants around the area, and I would recommend hiring a car for the day to see the rest of the island.

The beautiful beach of Beau Vallon is truly exceptional. I have been to some of the restaurants/bar and grills in the region, like Boat House, Beach Shak and Baobab. The food was good. The weather was sunny and very hot everyday during my stay. Also, since I was in a self catering apartment there, I had to buy some supplies and I have been to grocery stores like Vimal and Au Bon Valer.

We are staying at Panorama Guesthouse & Apartments.
And we were not wrong.
1. The apartments are located in a very convenient area. Beau Vallon.
2. All necessary services (shops, cafes, restaurants, currency exchange, car rental) are within a 2-minute walk!
3. It is very important that the beach is right in front of the gate. From the door of the apartment to the beach - 1 minute!
4. Special thanks to the owner of the apartments. Vesna met us with cordiality and understanding. Showed all the amenities and was in touch all the time.
5. The apartments are very clean and comfortable. The apartments have all the conditions, like at home. Separate bedroom, living room, kitchen area and everything you need for cooking.
6. Cleaning every day, silence and order.
7. Own guarded parking lot, you can safely park at any time.
We had a great time, rested in pleasure, did not even think about any problems in the apartment.
The only thing Internet lovers need to ask is to improve the Wi-Fi signal. I think Vesna can solve this issue. Although it didn't really matter to us. In the Seychelles and without the Internet, everything is fine.
We decided that in a year we would return only to this house and to these owners!

Very nice beach - clean water and white sand - with the hotel located at one end of it. A few restaurants along the beach for lunch or dinner - generally, with fantastic fresh grilled fish.
Chose this place for a romantic holiday or if you either just want to do nothing, laying on the beach or like snorkling. This is not the place if you want an active holiday with lots of activity options.
Food: most options for people that like fish and sea food. If you are more into meat, the options are very limited. For vegetarians and vegans I did not notice any options.
The beach and surrounding areas seem safe around the clock.
It is expensive to use taxi on the Island, and if you want to visit other places, a much cheaper solution is to rent a small car. And you can rent it for 1-2 days only, if you want to see the Island. Worth it!
If you like wine and spirits, then be aware that it is quite expensive in restaurants and hotels and even in shops. Consider to bring a few bottles yourself.

I was disturbed every morning by the gardener who was using his machine to trim the grass.

Baobab pizza was our favourite place to eat dinner in the evenings, right on the beach and great value for money. Beau Vallon is extremely beautiful, truly a white sand and turquoise water paradise! Mahak is also a great indian restaurant.
The location is excellent, near beautiful beach Beau Vallon - walking distance 3 min. The apartment is spacious and clean with all amenities you need for self catering. We also found eggs, butter, bread, marmelade and water in the fridge - for a first breakfast. We really appreciated this gesture. The owners Tina and Paul are very helpfull and friendly. They allowed us to stay in the appartment as long as we needed, because we have late flight. They made our stay very comfortable.
The most picterous place in Beau Vallon. The villa offers a private pool in a beautiful garden and direct access to the beach. Rooms are comfortable, nice with a spacious bathroom. Especially rooms with a sea view are stunning. The local staff is very friendly. The accommodation is a good choice for young couples who are ok with basic service. Just make sure your breakfast is included in the price, otherwise it is overpriced.
Centrally located in Beau Vallon, and a one-minute walk from the bus stop. Beach access is just a stone's throw away. The hosts Niko and Karen were amazing. Niko dropped us off at the Anse Major trail in his private car and gave us some tips. Karen and Niko were always available via WhatsApp and answered all questions, and assisted with transport. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
Apartment is new, quite new furniture, spacious with balcony and available also the roof top equipped to enjoy the sunset.
Kitchen has all appliance necessary and at arrival you find fruit and water available. Host Karen and the father Niko, are really nice and polite, ready to help you and suggest. Place is perfect if you want to use Beau Vallon Beach and few bars around.
The location was unbeatable, right by Beau Vallon beach and a short 2 minute walk to various restaurants as well as grocery stores in the area. The apartments themselves were clean, quite spacious and quiet even though they are near the main road. The host was there ready to assist with anything and the location was easy to get to as well.
Every single detail was outstanding, from the beauty of the hotel, all the facilities (pool, gym), the amazing location right on Beau Vallon Beach, the extremely friendly and helpful staff, especially Abdulfattah who made sure we are 100% happy in every moment, our stay was beyond all we hoped for.
The Vila is on a mountain with amazing views over the jungle and Beau Vallon. Jay is an amazing friendly host and she allowed us to do an early check which was great considering that we were after a 14h flight. She booked a taxi for us to pick us up from the airport.
Everything was perfect, our room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was very good with waffles, eggs, bread jam coffee, tea, and fruit. Staff was always kind and helpful. The hotel is located very close to a beautiful beach. Best place to stay in beau vallon!

Place and staff are fantastic. The food is very good. The activities available are also great (snorkeling, yoga, guided tours around the lake). The pool is really nice with direct access to the beautiful beach of Beau Vallon.

The balcony was great with Palm View. The beach is 5-10 minutes away. Supermarket, take away restaurant and pharmacy is in the same house.
