Amazing experience staying there .Although bit expensive but total worth it staying there .We were 4 adults and 1 baby .I took my elderly mother and my wife for umrah for first time and wanted to make sure that everything is comfortable for them .we had a lovely experience .very comfortable beds and they also gave us baby cot as well .breakfast buffet was also nice with good variety .staff is very professional .you can offer prayer in your room if u have haram or khana kabba view because there are speakers in room and u can offer namaz with jamaat .
Please don’t confuse between haram and kabaa view .i booked haram view on 43th floor with haram view with a virw that i will be able to see khana kabba as well from room but i could only see haram and a large building obstructed the view of khana kabaaa.

Arrived by super fast train Harmain from Jeddah airport. Easy travel via Mecca shuttle bus from train station to Haram. Only cost 8 SAR-15 min drive.
City was very crowded and overwhelming during this period with very slow traffic around prayer times.
Performed Unrah after Duhr prayer, very crowded.I recommend Unrah after Usha prayer when it is quieter and avoid at least 1-2 weeks after Ramadan.
Book Harmain train tickets via app well in advance as can be expensive and tickets sold old. They only allow one piece of 25 kg luggage and a hand bag.

The best place is of course the Haram Al-sharif.
The best place is of course the Haram Al-sharif. Lots of different kinds of restaurant and food available in the city. If you don't mind riding in a taxi, it's easy to get around unless it's a Friday. Better know what the cost of a trip should be, otherwise you will get gouged by the cab drivers. The cops block off most streets around the Kaaba on Fridays and religious holidays. Mecca is not a fun activity city unless the fun activity is to go pray at the Masjid Al-Haram which really gives you a special happy feeling and soothes your soul when you see the Kaaba in front of you.

The people on the front desk were so nice and helpful. The accommodation was nice and the price was reasonable and the hotel was nice and I got a nice hotel room.
Not far from Haram, but you need a ride it would take 10 minutes by car but they have shuttle bus just during the month of Ramadan .
Reasonable Price. Location is good in Al Aziziyah as its a short ride on taxi to Haram or hotel transport , when available. I preferred taxi with family and wheelchair accessibility. You can get dropped off and picked up very close to Haram gates and that makes the walk to a minimum compared to some hotels near Haram.
The reception staff are satisfactory, Service staff are quite friendly. The family rooms were simple but comfortable. All basic amenities available. Hotel food is fine.
Hotel was fine, but going to Haram need a taxi, I visited in Ramadan 2024, mostly taxi asking 20-30 to drop on Gaza gate from their walking to Haram takes 7-10 minutes. But if you ask taxi to drop near Haram under tunnel gate, which is close to King Fahad gate they ask more money, and in peak time taxi asking very high. Hotel also provide a shuttle 30 minutes before prayers but were shuttle drop need to walk 5-7 minutes to Haram.

They have very compfy Master rooms and in a very cheap price like I got a master room in £135 for a week. Though it is 1.4km walk from the Haram but they have arranged buses for the stayers and these buses travel after every 20 mins so it is very convenient. They have a stop near Haram and also just sit in it in front of the Hotel.
