The city is very clean and safe. So many activities to do. So many places to see. You don't even need to sign up with a tour company to visit places of interest except to see the gorillas. You can take public transport or a taxi, or a Moto (motorcycle taxi) to any destination, although the busses are crowded. World class art galleries....and beautiful nature...and many more good stuff.

Kigali is a beautiful city—the cleanliness, calmness and general orderliness—it’s a tourist’s delight! I enjoyed my tour of the Genocide Memorial: it’s a well thought out idea. Kigali’s functional city infrastructure; street lights, well done pavements, speed limits, disciplined driving and the constant innovations are such a breath of fresh air. It had been a while since I visited and I highly recommend it!

Spectacular city. Extraordinary people. The genocide memorial is a must. Humanity at its worst and how the country has turned around. Remarkable and to be commended. Absolutely safe. So beautiful. The roads are spotless clean.
This apartment is one of the best we ever stayed in Rwanda. The place was very clean to a 5 star standard, the kitchen is modern and above all the amazing view of the golf course. The host arranged us an airport pick up and answered all our emails. The apartment has 24h reception in very posh neighbourhood with lots restaurants. We hope to return next year and stay again. Thank you to all staff and specially Yves who went above to arrange us an airport pick up and recommended us some places to visit in Kigali.
I have never in my entire travels felt cheated and exploited like this. The image is very deceptive. There is no pool, and the room is tiny. You can't even move around the bed. You are given a small space, and everything else is shared. They kindly offered me a master bedroom, but it didn't make any difference. Even though I had paid for the stay, I left immediately and got myself a better place in the city centre.
This is a beautiful hotel with very large and comfortable rooms. Great bathroom.
We had a balcony as we were looking over the pool. Breakfast buffet was delicious and dinner buffet was good if you like to eat dinner that way! Comfortable lounge to have coffee or light meals. The pool is huge and looks beautiful but it is very cold. Spa facilities are also beautiful.
Hotel was okay, but this guys are robbers. The staffs of the hotel stolen my money from my bag. During the breakfast time. They robbed 200,100,100,100 euros and 100$ in total 500 euros and 100$.
From my bag I had even other currencies lile kenyan shilling, ethiopian bir, smaller usd etc they did not take that but in precise just the bigger notes.
I would recommend at breakfast to have a variety of foods to meet the needs of visitors, rooms are spacious, no complaints, the hotel is located in downtown Kigali, near the taxi park, which allows visitors to move around easily, a free taxi from the airport to the hotel was provided and good Wi-Fi connectivity in all parts of the hotel.
The hotel staff are friendly and do their best to accommodate every guest's needs. Room's cleaning was done throughly and regularly.The breakfast options are healthy and variable. Gym and swimming pool are well maintained.
The hotel's location is in a very quiet area, abit far from the city centre yet reachable by taxi or motorbike.
Staff was super friendly, Sara, William and all the girls welcomed us like friend and have been super kind to satisfy our requirements. Food was great, loved the open kitchen and even there staff was amazing! Airport easy to reach while city center in about 15 minutes drive. The view is simply spectacular.
