The checkin process was smooth. (Note: there are 10-15 steps to the reception, so be prepared for a steep climb).
The room itself was functional with a balcony. The bathroom did not have a dental kit, a very decent shampoo and shower gel is provided. Lack of a body lotion/ moisturiser is surprising.
We had lunch (vegetarian) at the in house restaurant. The elderly gentleman who speaks English understood our needs and helped us make the right order. The meal was satisfying.
The hotel location is excellent and is close to Lidl super market (next door) and the main lake market is a mere 5min walk away. So all major restaurants are easily accessible.
Located 5 mi from Tornik Ski Center in Zlatibor, Hotel Iris offers its guests free use of the on-site Spa center, featuring an indoor swimming pool, finish sauna and salt room.
