The location was much better than expected, in pretty much every way. If I were to pick something in particular, it would be the balcony with the swinging chair and the view.

Staff was very helpful during check in and check out, the rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are the biggest I've ever seen. The building is full of security cameras therefore parking our van outside felt safe.

A very strong odour of chemicals (for the cleanup) - so I would not recommend it to the persons that are allergic as me. The view was ok, just the interior yard view. The size of the rooms, except the bathroom were ok. Excellent host, very friendly, but the neighbourhood is not too great if you plan on walking around.

Impressed by all means of how green and visitor friendly is this city. With beautiful parks - one more wild where you can find two of the Brancusi works and the second that is more austere, clean and very focussed on the infinite column of Brancusi. The city has a walking space with a lot of green and playing grounds for kids, in the center. Beautiful coffee shops on this walking area!
The mountains can be spotted at a long distance as a promise of a cooler area!
The building of Tudor Vladimirescu College is the most beautiful one as such I have ever seen!

It's good not to drive in town, the roads are overcrowded, but using taxis or just walking around is just about right.
The town has beautiful architecture and it holds the most beautiful sculptures made by Brancusi, the Table of the Silence, the Gate of Kiss and the Infinity Column, which worth to be visited.
The restaurants offer good food, the prices are accessible.

I have always wanted to see Brancusi's work in Targu Jiu.
I have always wanted to see Brancusi's work in Targu Jiu. The sculptures are amazing, great free art. The city is strange, the information for the tourists is missing; it is like you are supposed to know everything before you get there. The monuments are placed in 2 different parks and if you want to walk from one to the other there aren't any indications and at a certain point you will have to cross the railway.
Everything. The room was spacious and very clean, the bathroom was spotless. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was warm. The staff were welcoming and very nice and the food was delicious and good value for money.
It’s located close enough to the Brancusi monuments to walk to all of them.
Only stayed for one night but will surely be booking again when we return through Targu Jiu.

Everything was grade 10. The apartment building where the studio is is about 50 years old and is not renovated, but the property is a 4-star hotel and you pay much more less than the hotel. The night is perfectly quiet, although it is in the middle of the city, but not quite on the main street.The host is also rated 10.
The house was very nice, comfy and clean. It is located on a remote street, away from the city noise and has a big garden. You can really enjoy the silence there. The location is close to the city centre and Constantin Brancusi's monuments. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay there.
The position of the apartment is in the proximity of the downtown and quite close to the Brancusi sculptural ensemble. I could find everything I needed in the apartment like it was my own place. I really appreciate the coffee maker that provided me with a lot of energy for the long days spent in the city.
Everything was perfect. Room was big, clean, warm and comfortable. Dinner in the restaurant of the hotel - excellent. Very good breakfast also. Near to the park with Brancusi works. Will choose the same hotel if we return to Targu Jiu.
It is a fairly new and clean⁷ hotel with modern rooms and all amenities.
It is outside the city and in the morning it was nice and quiet.
It has a large parking, but in the evening it was full because of the wedding.
The room is very clean and modern, with coffee/ tea and hot water in the room. The manager is courteous, friendly and very helpful. The place is a new construction close to downtown.
