I recently stayed at the hotel and overall, I had a good experience. The hotel was just like it looked in the pictures, and the location was quite convenient. It was easy to get to the city center, restaurants, and nightclubs; a Bolt or Uber ride cost only 3-4 euros if I didn't feel like walking. There was also a shop conveniently located about 50 meters from the hotel where I could buy bottled water and other essentials.
However, there were a couple of issues that detracted from my stay. Firstly, I sometimes felt that the staff avoided interacting with the hotel guests; they didn't greet us, for example. Additionally, the in-room landline phone didn't work, so I couldn't order room service and had to go to the front desk instead.
