This is an outstanding hotel in the center of the city. It's on a side-street, which is nice and quiet and also has lots of available parking, should the hotel's 4 parking spots not be available (they were for us but I imagine they are occupied when it's busy).
The hotel is gorgeos everywhere: in the lobby/reception areas, the hallways, and especially the rooms (or at least, our room was). It's elegantly furnished and it's overall a very pleasant place to be.
Our room was spacious and very well appointed. The mattress was excellent (we're pretty picky about our mattress quality due to some back issues, but this was outstanding). The bathroom had a very nice walk-in shower and all the fixtures were of high quality.
Overall, if you're looking for a great place to stay in the center of Satu Mare, this is highly recommended.
