- The pool was nice
- Location is near the center
- Coffee was good
- Great policy for not reserving a pool chair all day, if you leave the chair is vacant, unlike other places where they leave a towel and come at the end of the day to take a seat.
- Hotel staff is polite

I made the reservation just 2 hours before arriving at the hotel. I just needed a place to sleep so the value was perfect for what I needed. The person at the desk was smiling and helpfull. It was a parking lot just near the hotel. They have a 24 hour reception so you can check in very late. The room is simple not very big, but big enough for 2 persons and very clean.

Hotel was very ok, but Neptun was not so clean, amenities were poor, it is a pitty because with some minor investments in green spaces, clean services, parking around beach, beach clean up could, could have a very beautiful and attractive destination, as it was years ago.

Move towards the right side from the Steaguri Beach, further down right: fewer stones, more sand, and more suitable for kids and even for adults. Entering the water in many portions is hazardous because of the many stones - no warnings anywhere....we had to keep looking at small portions safe to get inside the water without hurting ourselves.

This time of the year (April) is mostly for walking, hiking, but this place is for sun and beach. So, it very much depends on what you are looking for. For us, quiet is the best, so we wanted a place where we could crash for some nights, have some quality times with the family, eat well and go sightseeing. Well, for that this place is great. We have visited the Danube Delta, Gura Portitei, Tulcea, Vadu, Corbu, Mamaia, Eforie and Costinesti. In general we traveled around 1700kms in one week. Neptun is closed as well as all the other seashore villages from Mamaia to Mangalia, so no is the good time to have long walks on the seashore and plenty of fresh air with no loud music and annoying persons around you.

Dirty resort.
Dirty resort. Neither the town hall administration, nor the hotels' administration, nor the tourists take care of the environment. It is full of garbage on the roads. The beaches also are not cleaned properly (cigarette butts everywhere in the sand).

I can't recommend Neptun as a holiday destination for young couples. The beach and town was very crowded, everything looked cheap and old. Last time I went there was 10 years ago and it seems to be the same.

Love the sea, the beach, the restaurants (wouldn't recommend most of them, but Neptun has its secret places, so to speak), the amusement park, the adventure park, and the fact that it's a cosy, family friendly place.
The hotel was clean and pool area very nice.
Rooms were small for 4 stars as well as beds.
The breakfast was hard to accept.
The managers should get out from office and supervise how the personel and turist are doing.
For 320 rooms very few glasses. They run out of some food. The coffe machine were not working. Almost every tourist was complaining.
I had to stay in line for water! Please put another machine. The outside tables were few for the number of tourist.
The beach was 15 minutes walk but this is the rule for most of the hotels.
Beautiful hotel with gorgeous lake views and spacious and clean suites. Great breakfast included and very convenient restaurant on site for lunch and dinner, which we used several times (the food was delicious and the staff was friendly and professional). A short and enjoyable walk around the lake to get to the beach. Also very close to the Neptun main strip, amusement park and other restaurants.
Diverse breakfast, tasty food with great choices. The hotel room was very nice, loved the size of the bed. Lots of parking spaces. We really enjoyed the pool which was big and had a lot of seating (not enough umbrellas though). The area was very quiet, even though the hotel was placed on the main street. You can get anywhere from the hotel in less than 10 minutes of walking.
The hotel position is great if you want a quiet relaxing time.
The hotel staff was great. Room cleaning was done daily.
Treatment and spa facilities are a plus, and they give discounts for travelers that are staying also in the hotel.
The room I stayed in had a renovated bathroom.
Breakfast was a standard one, for me it was good.
The hotel is nice, rooms are a bit small but it's understandable, is an old hotel newly renovated. It's located in the center of Neptun. The reception staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was ok, good coffee. The hotel has an outdoor pools but we did nou use it.
The owner was super friendly, the view was nice, we got to enjoy our yearly day at the seaside with absolutely no worries, and in absolute comfort. And that's saying a lot, considering we traveled with a toddler and a dog...
The room was clean, impecable sheets and towels, staff friendly and helpful, the hotel has a nice terrace where you can serve a drink, and the price of the room is pretty decent. The windows have insect nets.
Small and cosy hotel. The room was nice and clean, with new furniture. 👌🏻 The staff was young and very helpful. The room was on the back side and was shade all day long. It is worth the stay here.
Excellent location in the centre of Neptun city, cafe and shops are near, the sea is 7 min walking via the lovely nature views. The personnel are friendly and helpful.
- The location was good, quite close to the sea and a nice lake.
- The room with the twin bed was nice, clean and comfy.
- The hotel stuff was nice and friendly.
The report price-conditions is excellent. It was my first trip to Neptun. I liked very much the hosts who are very, very nice people, very attentive and nice.
