To start with the good things: the staff was amazing. Everyone was well-spoken, polite, and keen to solve whatever your need or problem was. Not so professional though (at dinner, they were busy making up the breakfast tables, and we just had to stack our used plates and silverware, not one of them bothered to clear our table :) The view from the room was magnificent, the balcony large enough, fridge, bathrobes, slippers all in good order. The meals were fun, meaning that they don't really seem to know how chafing dishes work (You need a heat source under them!), no labels, not so many choices...but the food was actually good. As in really good. So, not much complaints there. I was a bit saddened by the fact that at breakfast they didn't have any black tea, just the foo-foo fruity things - but I got over that.

We succeeded to change the room in which they initially checked us in, because the conditions were poor to a 3* like room that was recently reconditioned and that saved our 1 week holiday, in a way we were lucky to find availability for a better room, otherwise it would have been all bad.
