The Belle Epoque is somewhat like a theme hotel: it was a theater in earlier times, and much decor and equipment carrying over from that former period is affectionately preserved and exhibited. Spacious. Well-equipped kitchen. Good communication with the owner. Sophisticated shower cabin. The apartment is nicely arranged (unlike and in big contrast to the neighbourhood), it looks as if the owner had just left it. The host managed to organize a parking space, but even without it, it would not be a problem to unpack and repark.
Neighborhood generally quiet, but some noise can be heard as windows are not super soundproof.
