This hotel is a great value, very clean, and quite. I would and will stay here again. The ladies at the front desk, Claudia and Mirela, were absolutely wonderful. They do everything and do it very well. They were always willing to help and spoke English very well. I highly recommend this hotel.
Very comfortable, cozy, warm, well equipped. Close to the center, but also in a very quiet area. Parking space visible from the window. Very welcoming hosts. We stayed here already for the third time. It is probably one of the best accommodations in Focsani and its surroundings.
Hotel Kristal is the best hotel from Focsani. The rooms are really big, modern furniture, comfy and very clean. The restaurant is a high good quality one, rich and tasty recipes, big enough and nice and cosy atmosphere.
It's in the city center so it is close to everything. Parking is free behind the hotel and it is not too crowded, many rooms are empty. Staff is OK, but not the nicest I met in my life.
Staff was great, hotel very clean, new and stylish design. The hotel has good potential, just as a suggestion they need to have a bit more approach to the guest needs.
