We loved our stay at " Moara Dragaicilor"
Our room was at the attic, but it wasn't a problem because it was so quite, the room isn't very big but it was ok for our needs.
The breakfast was delicious and quite various.
We served the dinner at their restaurant, which is awesome with a lot of traditional tools and the food was great!!!

We had lunch and dinner at Bistro Junior and Rigo restaurant and enjoyed our meals.
The apartment we stayed was well taken care and cosy.In the center of the city and yet not noisy at all.

Buzău is a „work in progress”.
Buzău is a „work in progress”. Some beautiful buildings, but not a „touristic” city. The area has a lot of natural attractions (go to Pâclele Mari and Pâclele Mic to see the „mud volcanoes”).
To eat: try first restaurant Moara Drăgaicelor, you won't look for another one.
It looks nice till you get in the room. An empty broken fridge, dirty floors, broken shower drain, hair from previous guests everywhere and one socket to use in a corner. Was only able to close the door by locking it with the key. The taxi driver and people that work in shops around the hotel mentioned that this particular location is often used by ladies of the night.
Not family suitable and definitely not a 3 star hotel. Please pay a bit more and go someplace else.
Such a nice place to spend your holiday in Buzau. Very clean, lovely staff, all the facilities included, quiet, safety seemed to be very important for them as they had a gate that they were closing during the night and only people that had a card were able to open it. Also, It's such a good location as It's very close to the train station and it has a bar in the reception. Very satisfied, would highly recommend to anyone! I would give more than 10 stars if I could.
Amazing location right next to a vineyard, high quality and modern facilities, friendly and super attentive staff, incredibly tasty food, nearby Sarata Monteoru and Buzau for additional sightseeing during the day. Definitely a place to return to - either during summer in order to make the most of the pool they have, or for a few days of remote work in the middle of nature. Well done in creating such an oasis to escape from busy cities, we will be back soon!
We have stayed at Pietroasa Hotel to celebrate our little Patrick's birthday.
The staff was exceptional and surprised us with a gift in the room for our little boy.

We had an exceptional time at Utopia. The cabin was very clean and cozy and the views were spectacular (even on rainy and snowy weather).
The cabin is easily accessible by small car (you do not require 4x4) and is located relatively close to a grocery store and pizza place (really good pizza).
Make sure to bring some snacks for the cutest cat and friendliest dogs. :)
We definitely recommend this place for a short getaway in nature.
Very nice apartment close to Buzau. The host was very friendly and helpful, he sent us in advance very detailed check-in informations and we found cold water, juice and beer in the fridge - very nice.
For anyone traveling to Buzau area and not needing to be at walking distance to the center, I would highly recommend the apartment.

the road up to the location has some great views and in most of the part is decent/good condition
Being here a few times, I was rather disappointed with this particular experience, yet the hotel is a valid option next to the others in town, to be matched only by Pietrosa, but only the refurbished wing.
So overall it’s a 7- 8, but not more than an 8.
The location of the hotel is very good, right in the city center, the surrounding buildings are very beautiful, the staff are very friendly, the breakfast is some authentic local dishes, if I come back in the future, this will be my best and first choice
Very friendly hosts and very clean and comfortable two bedroom apartment including spacious living room.
From the house we received a plate with tasty local specialties and a bottle of homemade "tuica".
Overall, it was a very nice experience.
