Facing the Tagus River and built on seven hills, charming Lisbon is one of the oldest cities in the world. It offers unique tram rides, intimate Fado performances, great dining venues and much more.
The city is famous for its districts: the Belém's famous monuments; the Alfama's labyrinthine streets, bars and small shops; and the trendy Alcântara's docks. Lisbon’s most popular nightlife and shopping venues are located in Bairro Alto, while the traditional heart of the city beats rhythmically in the Baixa.
Enjoy a walk in the greenery of Jardim Botânico, admire the architecture of the Jerónimos Monastery or explore Feira da Ladra flea market. The Chiado area serves the city's best traditional Portuguese food. No meal is complete without some famous pastéis de nata!
Getting to the city centre is only a metro or bus ride from Lisbon Portela Airport. Whether you want a luxury hotel, a friendly guesthouse or a cosy apartment, Booking.com has plenty of accommodations for your holiday in Lisbon.

Loved the Gulbenkian collection and the Medeiros e Almeida museum, both great for a rainy day. Casa de Alentejo a wonderful place for dinner and a wonderful city to wander through.
Too many tourists, real Lisbon is lost under endless tour groups following their guides around photographing ‘the sights’ but getting no feel for the real city.

First time in Lisbon, lots of history, great transportation system. Most locals speak English Spanish and Italian and are very helpful. We spent 2 days there after our cruise but you need about 4 to see most of the historic sites.

The hotel is in a lovely and easily accessible location.
I absolutely loved my stay there; the breakfast was lovely and the room was so comfortable and clean at all times,.
I went to Lisbon with no concrete itinerary but the staff helped with recommendations, they have a special desk to help clients with suggestions and bookings so that made my stay very worthwhile.
All facilities are as stated online. Definitely worth the price for a 5 star hotel.
Great staff, I highly recommend.
Things you see online tend to be different when you come in person, but this was not the case with Exe Saldanha. Everything you see online is the same you will see when you check in. The hotel is very clean and the staff is polite and helpful. The location is probably the best possible especially if you are coming from the airport. The red metro line takes you all the way to the hotel and the remaining 3 lines intersect also there - so every part of Lisbon is a few minutes away.
The hotel is located just a short ride away from the airport and close to the metro which takes you to the city centre in 10 minutes. Beautiful interiors and the cocktailbar and the restaurant located on the groundfloor are a must to try out. Breakfast was excellent and the staff went beyond to make us comfortable. We also got a later check out free of charge. Can really recommend if you are planning to visit Lisbon!
Very convenient for touring Sintra area or visiting Lisbon without having to stay in either location. Hotel managed to make you feel "At Home" even though it was a 5 star, it was very comfortable and non-pretentious. The roman ruins in the patio were a bonus and local restaurants are walking distance and good. Room was large, bathroom ample and shower excellent.
Fantastic luxury hotel. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. And the breakfast was by far one of the best I’ve ever had. The hotel is not in the center of Lisbon but there’s public transportation that’s very easy to use right nearby so this was not a big deal.
