Very spacious apartments, fantastic views. Indoor and outdoor pools and gardens were lovely and a nice respite from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were very friendly and we would recommend the restaurant.

I have to admit this was the best hotel in Europe I've ever stayed at - everything from personnel to the amazing palace architecture, gardens and pools was unrivalled, spotless and breathtaking. In the evening we spent amazing time at the bar, that was accompanied by the live piano performance. We really enjoyed the breakfast selection as well. Unfortunately, it was a bit cool during our stay so we didn't have a chance to enjoy pool facilities, but it's gonna be a nice reason to return. All in all, this was a true 5-start experience. Highly recommend.

Comfy beds - we took 2 single beds, matresses were firm and good. Bathroom had a proper bath: deep, clean - been a pleasure to take it. Sylish lobby and good bar, serving cigars. Gym was decent, with all necessary facilities

The location is good. Close to the trainstation, close to the beach. All at walking distance. There's a small mall right next door and there are also quite a few restaurants in the neighborhood. The water bottles, coffee and tea are replaced every day. Breakfast is just perfect with enough choices. The spa was also nice with an inside pool (for colder/rainy days) and the massages we had were very good. Parking underneath the hotel was also a plus.
Great breakfast buffet both cold and hot.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Good for wheelchairs and people with most disabilities.
Parking spaces available and if one asks at reception a space will be made available near the entrance.
If necessary breakfast can be asked for in the bedroom.

There was an indoor pool and outdoor pool. Internal lobby decor is beautiful, best thing about the hotel. Area is nice, not too far from Lisbon centre or Cascais. 6 minutes drive to some nice beaches. TV has many stations and options, if you a football lover, many stations to watch.
I enjoyed the complimentary parking, the spacious hotel room, and the variety of breakfast options. The room was adequately clean, and the shower had good water pressure.
