This review is testament to how much they themselves review feedback...then publish..it shouldn't be here. I hav serious issues with refunds and lack of acknowledgement of my attempted contacts. The staff was very welcoming when we arrived and made our check-in a breeze. The entire hotel is modern and very clean, as was our room. The area is very quiet at night and has plenty of parking at the lot across from the hotel, which is free. In the morning I had breakfast on the outdoor patio and enjoyed the free Wi-Fi, which had good bandwidth. It was good value for the money.

It was an unforgettable experience! I have to thank Louis and Jessica for their kindness and the fantastic way they welcomed us. Verónica was waiting for us when we arrived. She explained and showed us everything. She was very welcoming and friendly, and even mentioned the offer of two welcome drinks. During our one-night stay, everyone was helpful and always made us feel at home. The place is very welcoming, with a wonderful garden and a lovely pool. You can bring your own food and cook, as this wonderful place has everything for guests to feel at home. The bubble was super clean, as were all the other living areas. We will definitely recommend it and come back one day! Thank you all 3 for a wonderful stay, it was a pleasure!
