Traditional house in a quaint town close by the sea and hiking paths. Claudia, the host, was very proactive and helpful with sending us information about the house and sites of interest. House and kitchen is outfitted with everything you need to make meals and BBQ, garden to chill out in. Slept very well here, waking up to the sounds of birds. Supermarket is close by and a couple of cafes. Recommended!

Very interesting furniture and atmosphere of the accomodation. We like it very much. We have received all the information through message and there was no problem. We have our bathroom. Kitchen has the basic equipment - for example to make scrambled eggs for breakfast.

The room is spacious and cosy, with great A/C. The bathroom is also large. It was not perfect. The shower had did not work properly and the fan was sticky. It has a bidet which we liked. The stuff was fantastic. Either the reception or cleaning, bar or restaurant were very service oriented and helpful. WIFI strong and stable. Very nice breakfast. We loved the decor of the room! We also had access to a terrace and the ocean view. The kitchen has everything you need, there is also a local shop just around the corner. The hotel is located just next to the Fogo Beach.

Absolutely fantastic location in the Parque Terra Nostra. As guests of the hotel you have access to the park and the thermal pool 24/7. Whilst it doesn't look very inviting, the thermal pool is a must/highlight. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The buffet breakfast was very good. We did not use the Spa or indoor pool so cannot comment. Parking is available at the front of the hotel (make sure you drive through the first barrier you arrive at). Is it expensive to stay here - yes! Is it worth it - definitely! Our favourite hotel during our trip to San Miguel. Highly recommended!
