Very well priced hotel in a good central location. Our room (superior double) was very big with a large en suite shower room. Everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was basic but plenty of choice.

A great place to stay with a superb location and a very clean and spacious room. The staff were super friendly and the evening meal we had was excellent. The swimming pool area was a welcome bonus as was the bar and food available as it was a bit of a drive to anything nearby.

We loved everything about the place and the surrounding. What a peaceful oase! We looked for a place between Lissabon and Porto where we can experience the Douro Valley for a few days and this place met all our wishes and expectations. You DO need a car though. We’ve been welcomed by a lovely owner Emanuele which owns also a bakery close by. That’s where the warm bread each morning for breakfast came from. And…they make the most delicious Pastel de Nata! If you look for a peaceful place, look no further.
