Lovely small hotel in the middle of Beja, a location which made getting about easy. The breakfasts were excellent - plenty of choice with foods typical to the region. Very, very friendly people (in fact, some of whom are the owners themselves) and all are really helpful. We would stay again without a doubt.

Beja is a wonderful city with the modern juxtaposed with the very old. It is nice to walk the old curving narrow streets of the old part of the city. The people make it great as they are open, warm and gracious. Many people speak English.

I strongly advice going to "Adega 25 Abril" restaurant, very nice staff and good food at suitable prices.
Do not go to "Taberna a Pipa". Awfull service, did not attend us at all, regardless of the small children within our group. They had an available table that was suposed to be for us, but did not prepar it or allow us to seat and order something for the children. We ended going to other restaurant.
Located on the outskirts of Beija, which is great if you drive in, if not it's a 30-minute walk into town. Large balcony overlooking well-manicured gardens and pool, which make for a good place to lounge. Wifi is strong and reaches the pol/garden area. Breakfast was copious and of good quality, and the on-site restaurant offers decent food albeit from a limited menu. Beds are comfy. Hotel is decorated with a collection of beautiful paintings, by local artists from what I gather given the distinct Alentejano landscapes pictured in them.
Truly a unique hotel, with great attention to detail. They really stay within the branded theme and you will find a new statue/painting/ detail every time you take a look around. Host is super friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome from the get go. Breakfast was prepared really well and the host really went above and beyond!
What you see in the pictures is truly what you get
We had a lovely comfortable stay. The house is well located and the interior is beautiful and very clean. The owner was very kind and left for us a bottle of wine on arrival. It was a kind gesture. The kitchen was very well equipped too. We will certainly come back here if we are in Beja. Thank you.
The host was very friendly and tried to navigate me on everything I needed. He spoke english fluently and helped me communicate with locals about other services. He provided many interesting info about Beja and Portugal in general. Fully recommend this place if you ever go to Beja.
It was a nice little apartment in the center of Beja. The host met us with the keys and let us in the room. It is a clean, old but renovated building, with good furniture and a kitchen. There is no parking on the facility so you have to find a spot near the apartment.
A wonderfully restored traditional house in the centre of historic Beja. Everything is perfect - from the comfort of the rooms to the amazing extras (local cakes and liqueurs) and the most incredible breakfast we have ever had! We will be back again very soon!
The breakfast was really good, most of the staff were courteous and friendly.
The hotel is beautiful with interesting rooms and a lovely garden. In the middle of Beja so close to lots of historical places, shops and restaurants, but also very quiet.
Accommodation missing air conditioning, which will be crucial in summer nights in Beja, as well in the kitchen, extractor fan should have an hose to the outside, just a recommendation because if guest are cooking, all the smell will stay indoors.
this is a beautiful home in a wonderful location to explore Beja! We were so comfortable! we had everything we needed! love everything about Beja and Máju. Cátia is a warm and caring host ../ cannot say enough! ❤️
What's not to love about this place? A quiet retreat with nice, clean, comfy installations and great personnel. The owner of the Quinta, Mr Antonio, is so attentive and kind. He even gave me a lift back to Beja!
Beja is a bit off the usual tourist routes. This hotel is in a beautiful old church/monastery. Breakfast was lovely and the staff very helpful. And, there’s free parking on site.
Wonderful! Very pleasant welcome; beautifully designed hotel, very peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast was a dream of mostly home- grown and home-made products! Top!
