Carmen was a nice host! Me and my friends are from Carolina, bayamon and aibonito and wanted to stay over in Luquillo. We were happy to be the first to stay at the place! It was relaxing and calm! The beach was a few steps away.

Outstanding everything!
First, the apt. is incredibly well appointed; it is full of both design and comfort details (including all appliances, water, snacks, beach towels and mats, personal care items, proper desk). Quiet, efficient aircon, good lighting, a lovely large balcony with seating and plants, security. Tasteful and beach stylying decoration, too.
Secondly - Clean, comfortable and a brilliant location near the beach, services and super eating options, it has it all.
Maria, the owner, was one of the most considerate hosts we've ever experienced across all stays, worldwide, making it to our top 3.

Suprisingly nice blend of beach experience with the benefits of the local suburban community with the conveniences of grocery stores, gas, drug stores, etc. The local beaches are nice, Playa Luquillo and Playa Azul, have different feel, good beach experiences for north shore Atlantic Ocean side. The kioska at Luqillo Beach offer some good eats and drinks. This location is convenient by car to Fajardo, San Juan, and the Rain Forest.

Lovely, friendly, informal beach town. We really liked it. All very walkable. Our favorite breakfast place was Coffee Therapy. Good coffee, good breakfast and very nice staff. La Fonda is a very good restaurant.

We love Luquillo!
We love Luquillo! It is the best town and such an easy drive to Luquillo beach (and kiosks) and the wonderful El Yunque National Rainforest. We were glad to have a car, I don't know how we would have done it otherwise.

We stayed here after hiking in El Yunque and driving...
We stayed here after hiking in El Yunque and driving elsewhere the following day. We enjoyed a little bit of time on the beach, experienced the kioskos for dinner, and that was plenty. I didn't see much else to do in Luquillo other than that.
Best part - Right across the street from the beach. Nice property. I was in the handicap room which means at night you can hear the noise from the restaurant above there. The staff warned me about that ahead of time and it normally got quiet around 10:30pm so I had no issue with it. The room was huge since it was wheelchair accessible. It was a few short blocks to the town square, restaurants, few shops, etc.
You can’t beat this location. The house is steps from the Playa Azul beach and a short 5 minute drive to Luquillo beach . My Friends and I had an amazing time . The house was spacious. We enjoyed playing music and dancing on the large balcony . The washer/dryer access made it extra impressive so we didn’t have to fly home with wet bathing suits. The staff was kind snd helpful. I hope to come back in the future .
Staff is very professional and accommodating. The view from the back terrace is thrilling because the ocean surf crashes very close to the building. We found it a good location to base ourselves to visit the El Yunque National Forest and to Luquillo Beach and its numerous food kioskos. The room has a mini fridge, and there is a microwave available to use on the premises. Car was very helpful to get around.
Nice place. Lovely view. Spacious apt w high ceiling. Genuine location with local life, including chicken, dogs, cats, lizards in the street. A nice colony of pigeons resting on window sylls. Area feels safe. 4 min walk W to stable bar (great location, open day time) and beach (and stream), and 7 min walk E to beach towards Luquillo. Best spot on NE PR. Good host. Stayed 17 nights. Would return.
Very spacious, and a it's a very good value overall. Walkable distance to the beach, a lot of nice bars and restaurants around
Apart from that:
- washer / dryer - a big plus
- a shower outside (behind the gate)
- 2 bathrooms - one is downstairs, very useful
- Luquillo has an amazing beach to relax / swim
Super nice rooms, the staff is very sweet and helpful and the roof terrace was perfect.
We felt safe and welcome here and decided to stay 7 instead of 4 nights because we loved it so much.
Luquillo Beach is within walking distance, as well as nice restaurants and cafés.

I love the location very private. Amazing view from the balcony. 7 minutes from Luquillo Beach, 22 min from Fajardo Beach and 45 min from San Juan. The house needs more sheets, towels and a toaster. Need a big mirror in the small living room for selfies 😂. I will rent the house again next year.
The position was excellent, right on the sea shore. The swimming pool was a bonus, as the common area outdoors. Restaurants and bars (Luquillo Kiosks) were within walking distance. Besides the Luquillo Beach, too noisy and crowded, there was another quiet and beautiful beach even closer.
The location of this hotel is good, a few meters away from Loquillo Beach (reachable on foot) and not so far away from the kiosks. It is also very well located to go on the El Yunque and to explore the east part of the island. The staff is also very nice.
This is a hostel that is located on the beach with beautiful views. It is secluded. There is tons of privacy. The private room we got was very comfortable. It has a unique charm, but don't expect a hotel feel.
