It has quite a few interesting monuments and varied attractions - from museums and a botanical garden to old town square and vineyards.
Almost everything is in walking distance (if you stay in the town) and if you rent a bike you can reach everything.

Great location, small family hotel with excellent service. Rich breakfast and restaurant for dinner. Only quality ingredients, fresh. Clean and modern rooms and fast internet TV with Netfilix. Guarded parking at the hotel and beautiful nature around the hotel. I travel a lot and travel in 17 countries. This hotel is an absolute TOP for me. If you want to know the best, you must visit this hotel.

Very friendly people, and really nice views make this city worth spending time to recharge your batteries. It's not too big, so all places are easily accessible even on foot. The prices are just right with some places, like the Palmiarnia Restaurant surprisingly cheap for the type of service they offer.

Pretty city, newly restored and improved with European funds. It has a big pedestrian area (one of the biggest in Poland), interesting sights and landmarks, and modern facilities.
As a downside, very few people speak English and communication is not easy with locals. Also I found people to be kind of hostile towards foreigners, especially if of a different ethnicity.
I don't recommend for those seeking a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

My visit was specifically for parkrun behind the Sports Center, where I met up with a number of friends all visiting from the UK. Most of us dined at Pizzaria La Gondola, who looked after us well, and several of us went to the water park at MOSIR Sport & Recreation Centre, which was great. Some stayed another night, unfortunately I had a train to catch to Poznan.
I was arriving into Zielona Gora late owing to a cancelled train from Berlin, the receptionist kept the reception open so I could check in. An absolute life saver! The hostel is in a very central place, close to town and local bars and night clubs. The rooms are clean and there is a great level of security; coded gate, coded doors, locks and cameras. The building is very clean. It's right next door to a cool cocktail bar and up the road from X-Demon a nightclub worth checking out!

Location is great. Everything was clean. Laundry Machines available. I didn't use the kitchenette but there was nothing missing. Coffee machine was useful and there were some coffee capsules to use. Room is comfort and warm. The bathroom is very good as well. They have small shampoo packs that you can use if you forget yours.
There was no reservation after me so they let me stay there until I have my transport to leave Zielona Góra. Thank you so much!
The main advantage of the hotel was the breakfast with a large variety of items, including meats, dairy products and vegetables. The hotel manager sees personally to all the guests fulfilling their wishes, so one can get scrambled eggs or omelet made to order.
Although the hotel is just off the main road and beside a shopping mall, it was surprisingly quiet. Besides, the hotel is located within a walking distance to the city center.
First time i decided stay at hotel with my 2 boys below 3 years old. It was a big challenge for me taking them alone first time for one night in the hotel. But service in hotel were pretty much understanding. And i appreciate it from the bottom of my heart. Big thank you for all the people I met there on the day I arrived and next day in the morning.I recommend "Blu hotelik "! from my heart. Thank you
I was very lucky to have stayed at this property and see Zielona Gora. I enjoyed the city and property so much that I am certain I will book another stay here in the future. The hosts were very nice at check out. The studio was beautiful and extremely clean. You can see the owners take great pride in their property.
The rooms were all clean and comfortable beds. Also all personnel was genuinely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was one of the best I had. There were many homemade delicious meat free options. Also good restaurant directly within hotel offering Polish dishes.
Hotel is located in nice quiet garden area with a big parking lot for guests (payable parking). The food in the restaurant is tasty, the staff kind and smiling. The hotel room was spacy, very comfortable bed. Great experience!
Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and stocked with large towels. Hotel had microwave, coffee, water cooker, dining tables, cutlery, refrigerator, garden seating area and was clean. Can't ask for more.

The hotel is close to the city center and a few meters away from Focus Mall where you can find anything you need.
