Very good breakfast with a nice selection of local products. It it served in the restaurant which is located in an atmospheric, rustic cellar. Wonderful service and nice availability of different types of food, including home-made bread and really good scrambled eggs (Polish style).
Nice, spacious rooms with very clean, recently renovated bathrooms and rich view onto the surrounding park and landscape. Free parking lot. Good bar & restaurant. All rooms very clean.
Stylish interior with a proven heritage.
Extremely helpful and friendly employees.

It’s fancy, it’s quirky, it’s interesting and looks expensive. However, a few things need improvement. First of all, there’s an issue with electricity. When you have electric heaters on in every room in both houses, Electrical circuits can only handle a certain amount of electricity, and so you overload it. It was cold, and there were 5 of us (my family of 3 and 2 in the second house), and we needed to warm up the bedrooms and bathrooms. This caused the fuse switch to blow, resulting in a tripped fuse 4 times in one evening!
The boilers seem too small to handle the amount of people these houses are built for, meaning one person can have a shower or bath, but another one needs to wait for 30 minutes for warm, but NOT hot water. The electric heaters are old! I was scared to have them on. The one in our bathroom was making a lot of noise but there was no hot air coming out of it. The double bed in house nr 1, ground floor is way too old and uncomfortable. The matres has springs almost sticking out, you can’t sleep on it!
So the idea is great! The houses are beautiful but small things will make the experience disappointing. Also, these are NOT to rent in autumn/winter time. Please do NOT get tempted. These are great to rent in the SUMMER ONLY!
