Finally, I didn't come.
On booking information there are telephone number, such didn't work.
I try calling several times, but phone doesn't exist.
All communication was through emails.
Because my arrival was around 11pm, I wasn't sure, that in Winter season is not smart to be somewhere without any possibility to make phone call
In hotel rules time for check in till 10 pm.

The nearby playground for kids was a nice touch. The interior was fresh, mainly from IKEA, and both the washing machine and dishwasher seem of good quality. If you're coming with a large group and can rent an entire house (not a half) to enjoy barbecues and relax together, this could be a good cottage-style picnic option.
