If you have more time a day trip to the Baltic Coast at Świnoujście is worth it. More to do than at first sight. I even took a Flix bus day trip to Berlin from Szczecin

Szczecin is a small cost city - nice to visit for 1 or 2 days. City center is lovely, and there are a lot of cosy cafes and nice restaurants. Vibe is good and positive. In May city is really green and well communicated.

Only 2 hrs drive from Berlin this old City is worth the side trip. Flixbus offers several shuttle rides a day from Berlin so easy to get to or fly to Szczecin Goleniow airport. Very green, walkable city with nice historical sites, including Pomeranian Castle by the river. City Center radiates out over several directions each offering easy walks, coffee shops with yummy deserts along the way. Plenty of pubs and restaurants with creative and fresh tasting meals. Very safe to walk around, even for a single female in the evening. Great public transportation or easy to get affordable taxi, Bolt or Uber.

Beautiful place. We enjoyed our stay. There is a shuttle for airport called follow me which you book online which the host gave us the information and was exceptionally helpful about everything. If you end up getting a cab it should be around 200 pln. But the transfer is around 12 gbp for 2 and very efficient

I return to Szczecin time to time so I see how much the city develops. Besides the traditional restaurants and little craft shops ( there is even a hat maker!) I found many new hipster places. I was really glade to find a coffee place selling natural wine.
Nice town with everything you need for a cozy shorter holiday.
Location was very good, in one block there was a parking for 12 eur/day, but be aware that parking on the street is free from 5pm till 8am in the morning, so if you are parking just for one night, might not need the paid parking.
We stayed with two kids, nice that they could use the separate bedroom and the parents could stay up a bit longer withut disturbing the kids.
We needed an additional day to stay, the staff was very helpful and arranged that very smoothly - I did the booking online and they have assigned the same room for us.
The room was clean. The location of the property was excellent and it was near the train station and only fifteen minutes away. I will only suggest you to check your E-Mail to get the Info rigarding the keys, since there was no one from the property there. As I didn't check my E-Mail, that's why I had problem to open the door. But I have seen guys there and were very friendly and called the property to get the Info. Generelly it was really good and highly recommended. I will choose this property, if I want to visit Szczecin again.
Friendly and helpful lady that welcomed me. After sorted out if the hotel and parking was prepaid (it was) I got a parking lot in the inner courtyard. The building has an elevator. The room very small, but sufficient for me. Room and bathroom clean. The English knowledge was not so good, but the lady had someone to call to, but most things worked out anyway. Walking distance to central parts of the city, where there are many restaurants. Tea and coffee available to prepare (just outside the room).
I had a very pleasant stay for 3 nights at the Park Hotel in Szczecin. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities are excellent, and I especially liked the spa area with swimming pool and whirlpool. Breakfast was very tasty and plentyful. My room was not too big, but very cozy with a friendly atmosphere. The whole hotel is clean and looks well maintained. The location in a park is unique.

What I really like about it is that it is not large enough for coach groups, so is comfortable. Situated in a peaceful location yet within walking distance to many nice restaurants, parks. Szczecin, Poland's best apartment to come in and go for shot or long stays: A great central place. Super helpful receptionist and he speaks a great English. Quickly explained me the process and procedures. Car parking is free! Good modern elevators and excellent WIFI. A quiet room even though its right next door to MacDonald's.

The apartment is gorgeously designed, with a little garden area and a huge tv with Netflix. Loved the fresh flowers and the welcome bottle of sparkling wine. This is a hotel in a proper 3-star class. Beyond the retro feeling of its interior, you've got a sizable room, parking just outside (20zl), a great bathroom, comfy beds and a very tasty breakfast. We were happily surprised and will likely chose this place again next time we are travelling cross-country.
We stayed in Szczecin twice on the way to other destinations. Focus Hotel is great for a short touristic stay. The service is good, the location and the view are amazing. One can get around the city centre easily. The breakfast was OK, it is nice of the hotel to offer packed sandwiches to go.
