Absolutely perfect yet again. This time I booked for my mum and her friend and the customer service I received was beyond exceptional and friendly. Everything was taken care of and i had no worries or problems at all. Alot of the bigger well known hotel chains could definitely learn alot from the staff at Hotel Kastel.
Breakfast was delicious and the rooms amazing. Thank you again and I look forward to booking at Hotel Kasztel again. I highly recommend this hotel.
Very interesting hotel theme with the dark goulish characters emerging from the walls through-out the hotel. The room was very comfortable, air conditioning was a bonus on a hot day. Bed was soft and comfortable and discovered the cell door style wooden opening. The room was very clean apart from one long dark hair on the toilet.
This is a great and interesting hotel. LOVE the artwork on the wall!!! Love the whole theme. Very cute and comfortable. Excellent and friendly service. Excellent and delicious food for both dinner and breakfast.
Great hotel with excellent food in the restaurant. Close proximity drive to Wisnicz castle and Bochnia salt mine. Very tasty breakfast and great choice. Kids playground and nice garden at the back.
