Very touristic for Polish families, do not expect anything fancy, in the evening a lot of shops selling the same cheap stuff everywhere.
You need a car to get here and you should use it to see the different towns around which can offer other attractions.
The sea was nice, but cold (beginning of September). We had a lot of fun at the climbing park.
The hotel is really nice and have a lot of good facilities. The staff is very nice but the girls are working so hard in the restaurant. The breakfast was nice. The SPA facilities were nice but water was a bit too cold in the pool. We were with 2 kids and for them was quickly cold in water. The saunas were great but open from 19:00 which is way too late for the people who are coming for a break with kids and need to wait all day long to use sauna. The location is excellent close to the sea. But I would go back :)
The cabin was really beautiful, and spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a nice playground for kids in the yard.
There is an amazing beach around 15 min walking distance.
We had to pay 20 zl/night additionally for our dog, but they informed us as soon as we arrived (our messages somehow didn't get through).
There is also a 2 zl/kWh cost for electricity, but you have this information when booking (so no hidden costs).
Location is only 7 minutes walk to the beach,the family who is own this apartment very welcoming and nice people,they are really worry about their costumers ,The restaurant is only 2 minutes from this place and food was very nice.I definitely would give rate more then 5 stars hotel(guests house).Thanks very much ,we will come back there very soon
Nice location close to the beach, different attractions for kids, restaurants. But on the other hand quiet. The staff was very helpful. 2 swimming pools. Some rooms has kitchen, some only small refrigerator, kettle and dishes. The full equipped kitchen is on the floor for everyone. Overall nice hotel for those, who don’t spend much time in a room.
I enjoyed my stay at Willa Oktawia very much. The room is spacious, modern, very clean & comfy. The little balcony was a plus as well as the kitchenette. The bathroom is very clean & super chic & modern. I slept very well in the big bed. Thank you so much for the lovely stay & I will come back.

Close to the centre of Niechorze and the beach but also quiet as it’s not too close to the main road.
Good value for money. No noise heard at night. Everything we needed was there apart from some small items but nothing major.
Excellent breakfast - much to choose from, fresh and not the same every day. The location of the hotel is on the main street which is handy for stepping out or reaching out to the beach.
Stayed here for one night while Cycling along the Eurovelo 10. Very nice small hotel and restaurant. Large comfortable room and very good breakfast and service.
