Since I left very early, I didn't have the opportunity to try breakfast. The room was quite spacious and clean. In the morning, the receptionist kindly helped me call a taxi. It took me 8 minutes to get to the airport.

My stay at the hotel was amazing. I particularly appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and the fact that they speak English without any problems. The hotel itself is really close to the Old Town, but also close to Kazimierz, so it's convenient to visit all the sights you know and want to see. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty, in my eyes there was enough choice for all tastes (bread, vegetables, eggs, omelette, sausages, pancakes, cereals). I stayed in a single room, which is not large, but as I only went back to the room to sleep, the size of the room was enough for me (I am only writing about it in general because there were people complaining about the size of the room). The fact that the rooms are cleaned only on request (including taking out the rubbish) also suited me. No noise, although I'm a sensitive sleeper, so I'd say the soundproofing of the rooms is good. There was a small kettle in the room and it was handy to make tea. I would have liked a bigger pot, but you start to crave these things when everything else is fine :)

No much to do here there is a shopping centre about 5 min walk from hotel. The bus service is great going into krakow but struggled coming back to hotel as drivers don’t speak much English and don’t have time tables so have to wait on buses
Hotel is comfortable. Breakfast is very good. One can get a public bus or a free shuttle bus to Krakow center to avoid driving. Shuttle bus is operated by the shopping mall, 15 minutes from the hotel. There is restaurant with good food and reasonable prices. Parking is free and ample.

The hotel was spotlessly clean Karolina & all the staff were absolutely fantastic could not have done more
