The location was great, really near the station and galeria, and only a 5-10 minute walk from the Old Town main square.
The room was comfortable and clean, well maintained and stylish. The air con was a godsend and the bed was really comfortable. The room wasn't cleaned too early so you had time to get up and have breakfast and go out for the day without being in the way.
Staff were really helpful and the hotel was peaceful, despite clearly being well-attended. The Bar Smok was also a great feature. I don't know if that was part of the hotel or a separate business operating on site but the bar staff were friendly and helpful, the bar was comfortable and the Euros were played on a large screen in one area so you had the option to watch the games or sit somewhere else, catering to everyone.

My stay at the hotel was amazing. I particularly appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and the fact that they speak English without any problems. The hotel itself is really close to the Old Town, but also close to Kazimierz, so it's convenient to visit all the sights you know and want to see. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty, in my eyes there was enough choice for all tastes (bread, vegetables, eggs, omelette, sausages, pancakes, cereals). I stayed in a single room, which is not large, but as I only went back to the room to sleep, the size of the room was enough for me (I am only writing about it in general because there were people complaining about the size of the room). The fact that the rooms are cleaned only on request (including taking out the rubbish) also suited me. No noise, although I'm a sensitive sleeper, so I'd say the soundproofing of the rooms is good. There was a small kettle in the room and it was handy to make tea. I would have liked a bigger pot, but you start to crave these things when everything else is fine :)

The location is amazing. It's centrally located in Old Town Krakow near the Market Square. It's a 10 minute walk to St Mary's Basilica and other attractions. The hotel rooms and bathrooms are spacious. The room was very quiet even though it was near a busy street. The checkin desk is open 24 hours which was useful because our flight was delayed until 3am! There is a grocery store across the street and numerous restaurants.
The breakfasts were exceptional, fresh and lots of variety, the room was spacious and clean, staff was friendly and helpful - especially towards our dog :) she was welcomed everywhere without any issues
The garden is absolutely stunning and so is the decor of all the buildings

this was a prefect hotel following my flight, easy to find and plenty of parking. quiet area near the airport so no need to worry about noise. breakfast had loads of choice in a nice restaurant, great start to the day

it’s a hidden gem on the way to Krakow, totally relaxing manor house in green with huuuge garden and spacey hotel, fantastic food (both breakfast and restaurant for dinner). Totally recommend for escape away from city although easily accessible to Krakow for some more attractions
Really great hotel for what we needed. Had no intention of going to Krakow town centre, so this hotel offered a perfect location for easy trips out of town (to Jura Krakowsko Czestochowska). There is a good restaurant on site as well.
