A special thanks to the staff, particularly the young lady at the reception desk. She provided us with all the necessary information, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.
Breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of options. We truly enjoyed our short stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kraków.
