The rooms are big and the communal spaces are comfy. This was our first visit to Poland, there are some cultural differences with bedding, etc. - however we were quite comfortable and would happily stay here again. Hosts were friendly and we chose to have dinner prepared on site during our stay, the food was delicious! We were able to reasonably pay for laundry service on site too which was a plus.

I come to this hotel every year, sometimes a couple of times a year, since 2019. It's showing some signs of wear and tear, - the towels that have been washed with strong detergent thinned, some cabinet doors are hanging crooked, etc. Small things, and not many of them, but they show a little.
What doesn't change is the staff that's always friendly and nice, the lake that's so calming, the pool and spa that are functioning with no hitch, and the excellent restaurant that only improves and upgrades its menu.
I came for my birthday, with my husband and son, as a treat for myself. It was probably my sixth time.
I will return.
