It was a great place to visit since everything is still new, however, some cultural parts were missing due to the flodding amont of Koreans business around the island. I lobe eating side street vendors to tase the local food and around Newtown Mactan community area, there is a great food court for local food and east to order. Overll I like it ❤️

I enjoyed the facilities in the room especially the ability to control the electronics from one panel which is at a convenient location.
I tried to have most of the items on the food menu. They were all delicious and the staff were courteous and professional.

The beaches on Mactan Island are pretty much all private and the couple of tiny public beaches are unpleasant. Make sure you book accommodation with its own private beach because otherwise you will have to travel quite far and/or pay to access other sites to use a beach.

For our previous trips to Cebu, we were booked usually at the center of Cebu City. I reay wanted to stay at a Mactan location for this trip. The LapuLapu Shrine is really great, with helpful historical context highlighted. For mere pennies, tourists can ride the public jeepney to the LapuLapu Shrine. We rode a public bus to Moal Boal an had an unforgettable time swimming with sardins. And the Airport is huge and appealing to the senses. I'm glad to have more of Mactan in this trip. I would recommend Sempre to my travelling friends.

Reason again why i like the location of the hotel is just right across the airport since i have to take a domestic flight to Mindanao.You can leave your stuff there the moment you arrive and you can just take a cab and explore the city and not to worry about getting caught up with the rush hour Cebu City traffic.You can go wherever you want and come back in the evening or night and not worry about not catching your flight on time the following day.Great experienced at this hotel,can’t wait to stay there again.

Always a very satisfying massage @ The Spa. Rochelle,is the best! ( See my spa photos with Rochelle) You better book your appointment! The best massage ever. Felt like I was walking over the clouds afterwards.(if that’s how it feels🥰) I went multiple times.
This was the absolute perfect overnight stay in Cebu. The hotel is incredibly clean and well-equipped, the staff were attentive and constantly catering to our needs, and the room itself was comfortable and spacious. There is a lovely pool and also a rooftop area which provides great views over Mactan Island. We also tried the massage service during our stay and can't speak highly enough of it, just a fabulous experience.
I was looking for a place that is safe, clean, provides comfort, close to Mactan/cebu landmarks that I want to see, and reasonably priced. I gt them all at, Sempre Prmier Inn. Stff was welcoming, helpful, friendly,kind and cheerful.The meals from the restaurant were varied and had a good selection. Couldn't get a better hotel for my needs. Thanks ti all at Semper, my husband and I truly enjoyed our vacation.
The Cebu Shangri la made our 6 days stay so comfortable and never gets tired of being there.
We never left the resort, but enjoyed local food, drinks, music and the nature. They had best location of snorkeling just by the hotel. I think it would be really hard to find better beach resort after this hotel.

High quality but reasonable price hotel in Mactan. Really enjoyed resort quality of stay. Staffs are trained well and good hospitality. Food and room facilities are fully satisfying. We would come back again.
what I like is that the place is clean and somehow its safe to stay. The hotel has friendly and accomodating staffs, and if you’re a pet lover they have 2 cute doggos 🥰🐶🤍 the place is affordable too.
