We were absolutely thrilled staying in one of the Sulu Terraces. It was charming, cool, and unique, just the way I’ve imagined our stay at the Farm would be.
Casa Mercado lV is located in Lipa, just 24 miles from Villa Escudero Museum and 25 miles from Picnic Grove. Both free Wifi and private parking are accessible at the apartment free of charge.
The hotel's location is at the heart of the city, and it is convenient to get around the metro of Lipa. The staff were helpful and provided our needs. Their restaurants and facilities are not massive but good enough to have a decent meal with friends and families. The only item I want to recommend to the hotel is to add fruits as part of the buffet breakfast menu. But overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for those travelling to Lipa and would prefer walking and exploring the main city.
Everything about The Farm at San Benito was exceptional. From the moment we arrived until departure, the staff were friendly and welcoming. We booked a hotel type of room and we upgraded to Mahogany Villa ( as they gave me a good discount) which is of the best as we have our own pool. The view in our room is breathtaking especially if you love nature. The food was absolutely fantastic. This place effortlessly caters everyone’s needs. I really had a wonderful time in our overnight stay.
The pool at the roof deck with the city view is a breather. The staff are really nice and accommodating. Their in-house restaurant, Hub & Spoke has really some good food offerings. That Goto-lomi is superb! The breakfast was really good. Not a lot of choices but food selection is delicious. Wifi is fast and available everywhere I go in the hotel. Most of all, very convenient location. There's 7 eleven downstairs!
We stayed there for only a night. The staffs are very friendly specially mycah who works at the front desk. The hotel is fine near at SM LIPA, we stayed at room 208 and its big enough for 2 pax. The bathroom is smaller than I expected but I think its resonable. Breakfast is already included in the reservation so we had a chance to have a it on the next day. Overall, we had a great stay in this hotel.
The place is very nice. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Seniors and kids :) Though there are lots of stairs going back and forth to our villa but that is part of the beauty. Staff are very kind and approachable.
The golf course was nice. Locker rooms were nice. Staff was knowledgeable . Also, the payment model on-site where we use a “passport system” and just pay upon checking out after a round was very convenient.
Hassle free booking because the staffs are welcoming and very approachable. I feel at peace on a short span of staying here. Will definitely choose to stay here again for my next Lipa visit. ❤️
