Davao is one of the big land area of the the Philippines, good beaches in samal, lots of hotels and malls. Durian season in davao this month, and kadayawan is just happening. Love to comeback here all the time, eventhough we already migrated to canada for the past 10 years now. Become busy and more traffic as the time goes by.

But one thing we noticed though, majority of the taxi drivers do not know the direction/location of the attractions and sites we visited considering we only toured around the city and most popular sites like Museo Dabawenyo, D ‘Bone Collector Museum and UpSideDown House Museum 😕

Great location! I booked this hotel because the nearby hotel which we have our event is very old already, glad i found this place. We live in the city and we didn’t want to drive home.
Quaint downtown hotel with super friendly staff and beautifully clean rooms. The restaurant Bondi & Bourke downstairs has amazing food!
Breakfast food that was included was really good, the serving is big and super filling.
There is also a “healthy shop” just beside The Bourke if you prefer that kind of food.
The staff are very accommodating and quick in responding to our request. They were also polite duriny our online transactions and made sure we have everything we need. The place is also in the heart of the city but not too busy, traffic-wise, so it's nice area to walk around. We asked if they have a fridge to store some leftover but instead they offered to bring a fridge in the room.
Feels like home and at the same time you will be comfortable doing your work from home. The owner, Ms. Weng, was very accomodating. Will definitely book mynfuture stay in Davao City there.
The place, btw, is very accessible and easy to locate.
With complete amenities from utensils, to recreation area. Further, location is very secured.

It was conveniently located at the center of the city. We did not have our own car for transportation but it wasn't a problem when I was there because the staff and security were very efficient to get us one everytime. The condo unit was well equiped with everything so I enjoyed every facility especially the air condition and washing machine.
There are no surprises in the room, everything is exactly as in the photographs.
The place is very convenient! There is a large shopping center nearby, SM City Mall. Conveniently, all jeepneys in this "Ecolan" area begin/end their routes to different directions of the city right here, on the territory of SM City Mall.

Location is in the heart of the city. Abreeza Ayala Mall is next to the property,there are small stores in front, convenience store,pharmacy is a distance walk also.All you need is available already inside the property-small kitchenette,laundry machine,cooking ware,cutlery are already available.Its clean also.
This is such a good accommodation in Davao City. Room was malinis, kahit CR malinis din. So alam mong fully trained and sanay na talaga ang mga housekeepers nila. I even checked yung under the bed to ensure na walang kalat and yes, also very very clean
I liked the number of appliances available and how pleasing the room was to the eyes. Overall I’ve seen better condos on a bit cheaper prices. Worth the experience though cause it’s at the city center.
