The people running this hotel were very sweet and very helpful. The approach to Pimentel is very uninspiring but it's a fun place when you get there: a typical seaside place for Peruvians. But it is very quiet in the off season during the week, when we were there. Peruvians' main meal of the day is lunch, so don't expect more than a couple of restaurants open in town in an off-season evening. Nevertheless, it was a delightful place to stay, with a beach and pier.
Our hosts were extremely welcoming and offered their help in making our short stay in Pimentel as smooth as possible.
Even though we were sharing the apartment with Marisol and Luis, both were discreet and respectful of our privacy.
WE we able to prepare ourselves a light meal and cook extra food for breakfast.
There are few restaurants in Pimentel, but we were close to the few that exist.
Close to beach and supermarket.
